      @@jordanainsworth5589 it's a valid concern, profit margin is being abused at the corporate level, out of the dealers control. Anyone who has worked in "large corporations" in a role of any relevance wouldn't make a statement like that. Very few execs in automotive hold an MBA from an IVY league school. In fact, they tend to defer to universities that specialize in these industries. Also, for the past two decades most MBA programs have taught extensively on long-term strategy and dedicate extensive coursework to it. You clearly watch too many movies and do not hold an MBA. I was looking at the Maverick Tremor and asked to test drive and was told no. After 10-15min of peering through the window, a salesman comes up to me, says nothing and drives the Maverick away from me. Perhaps they were already in the middle of selling it but I'm not sure. I just decided that day that it's just not the time to buy. I had 10k down-payment and 17k trade, but I never tell the salesman that. It's not just Ford. Every major American company is operating that way. Disney no longer makes a profit, because it no longer makes movies and products for kids. Ford is a car company that no longer makes cars. This is all happened in the last 4 years of Biden/Democrats being in the White, abd forcing the Woke/DEI Agenda of failure on America's companies. While leaving the borders unprotected in a time of war with Russia? Americans better wake up to this threat. America's enemies have walked into America because of the open borders. And have infiltrated the country through politics and businesses. CEO's are failing their companies, but are not removed and replaced with competent people? For years losing money? But say they will not change so the company can be profitable? They refuse to give the customers what they want and ask for? Ford is a car company, but under Farley no longer makes cars? It's happening everywhere. It's not coincidence because people like Farley are not that ignorant. Just promises of riches for selling out to America's enemies. It's too prevelant to be simply coincidence. Hopefully America wakes up or there won't be an America in a decade. America's enemies are here because of the open borders. Why wouldn't they be with no one to stop them?

    • @johannjohann6523
      @johannjohann6523 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Since when do Salesmen at Car Dealerships not try to sell cars? It's a commission based job? Everything is becoming opposite of what it should be. And companies are going to go broke because of it. Companies no longer care about making a profit? I believe your comment sadly. Even though it defies explanation, because it is happening not at just your local dealership, but every dealership. And not just Ford but Chrysler too. Take care, and hope this madness ends soon for everyone's sake. And hope you can find ya a good slightly used truck, and save some money too. Peace.

      Job number 1 is now:
      Comply with global directive #1: "You will own nothing"
      By hook, by crook... you will own nothing.
      If they make the products so bad that you stop buying them... you will own nothing
      If they make them so expensive that you _can't_ buy them.... you will own nothing
      If they make them so unsafe that you're _too scared_ to buy them... you will own nothing.
      Welcome.... to The Great Reset.... Sort-of. More like a Reboot to a new, modern feudalism. And you... my good sir; are a slave.... Oh but not by name; they learned not to _call_ you a slave, lest you revolt; or be freed by those pesky "humanitarian" types (Turns out, they're not all bad! Just *nearly* all of them). Yes yes! You're still a citizen... you're just not "more equal than others;" You're not a "Super Citizen," as they might say. Oh, but don't worry, its "mostly just a fancy title, there's nothing you're missing out on... Just the freedoms you have now, that they're already stealing form you left and right. But you don't have any use for them to be honest.... I mean you had it, and you gave it up the split second they said "Lockdown!" Gleefully, even. You had it.... but you refused to do anything but post complaints online as your sons were coached into self-castration, and your daughters were lulled into self-sterilization. You had freedom. But you gave it up for comfort and convenience; and then you lost your legacy. You had freedom, and you refused to ensure you learned how to think critically... refused to ensure your children knew how. So you were easily swayed, and they were easily taken. The lot of you, easily controlled. Basically _already_ a slave. They told you who "you can't" vote for. Then they told you who you even _can_ vote for (nobody likes her, so naturally, it's not up to you). And in the end, nobody will remember you. You don't even remember yourself, do you? They way you used to be? Nobody will remember your family, either. Once the last of your sentient family members fade away.
      Humanity will die in the dark as the species is converted into low-sentience, organic automatons; living in pods, eating bugs, while being harvested for brain computational power.... or caloric energy.... could be either one... maybe both. But don't worry... VR will be free. The Simulation is always free. Free for you at least.... _prisons_ have always been like that.
      *It's going to be a Brave New World, in 1984.* You're not gonna want to miss it.
      *Unless.... you have something you want to DO about it.* Not much time now... if you're considering. There's only about a month until the the curtain raises on the future.

Labor and parts are so expensive these days, people can’t afford to fix their cars, even if they’re still making payments. Vehicles are too expensive. I personally wouldn't keep a turbo charged vehicle for more than 75K. After that you are just on borrowed time. The simple solution is to stick with N/A. I wish that wasn't the case as turbo's really do pack a whallop in terms of boosting power but the eventual outcome just isn't worth it.

I removed the rear seats to carry camping gear, a fridge and power station etc. Perfect truck cab size for a single guy with a dog (me) or adventurous family without kids. Usually means a longer, more useful box as well. Similar design to the Ram quad cab or much smaller Tacoma access cab. If banks stopped lending at these extended rates you'd see a massive crash in the market. But you know how it goes. The government props the banks and hedge funds and other corporations to stop crashes by bailing them out and making lending standards longer

If you don't buy it from them, they will not do any warranty work, they will tell you to take it back to the dealership you bought it from. That's why people buy GM products. Their lot is full to the max. The prices around here in Texas are higher than the ones you showed.
