Last I checked, you could still get the carbon trim pieces new from Toyota directly. Might be waiting a while for them to come in but does offer another solution for the yellowing issue.

xcessive manufacturing: JZ Power Steering Pump Brace+JZ Idler Pulley Lock , that´s the part that will solve your belt issues
Pro to Electric PS is (depending on which pump you use) you maintain the same flow/pressure regardless of engine RPM there for a more consistent steering wheel response. Also can be a switch in the dash and used even when pushing the cars around the pits
Another Pro to electric WP is you can keep the pump and fan on after you shut off the car like a turbo timer but for you cooling system. Super beneficial to be able to shut off the car and cool it down while it sits and still be able to quickly work on it during a 5 min break mid comp

I've entered a few giveaways in the past, but my want for this car is insane, I couldn't even imagine driving it around. Whoever wins this, take good care of it.
Same, I've been a jzx100 fan for 13 years and have had a 90 Cressida for about that long as well.
I ran an electronic power steering pump from an R53 Mini Cooper and it's absolutely fantastic, I didn't lose any steering feedback from the swap, but I did have to run a Mechman 180A alternator because I had severe voltage drop from fans, electric water pump, powersteering pump and dual fuel pumps, it got so bad that I occasionally had lean conditions under high boost loads. After I did the alternator, the lean condition went away and my car gained a cool 30hp.
Such a sick giveaway, those recaros are so comfy too, everything about that car is done perfectly (although i kinda liked the black wheels with the red color but the Blitz are sick and expensive too lol) congrats to whoever the lucky winner is!

Power steering?? For girls!!
I have not seen succesfull electric power steering. On motorsport cars. Several girls I know keep trying. Speedway and road race. Most seem to be dead in feel on the factory road car fitment. And drag more than a few amps. Slowing the hydraulic pump down big time helps. Designed for 3000 rpm,, not 9000! Even then they need good coolers. Nascar Supercars, speedway forever power steer issues. Sprintcars seem make it work ok. And really there is nothing trick though they are based on a Chevy steering box.
Electric water pumps,, again draws serious current and has no flexibilty unlike a factory belt driven one. Some get it to work ok,, a lot more do not. Drag race stuff. IF your car overheats work out what is wrong. Is the radiator up to the job and more importantly getting all the air through it. Air is lazy and will go around instead of through the rad. Just because a radiator is big and shiny does not mean it is efficient. I went through that crap and should have known better. Replaced shiny with a factory style rad and no more issues. And it is lighter and for farting around at very low speeds the factory fan does the job.. For the rpm you are turning [too many] you need the waterpump at around 75% of crank speed. While not imperative I have found that factory style water pumps with a cast impellor are better than tin ones which cavitate the water too easily

We have a Meziere pump on our jzx100 drift car, seriously the best thing to do, running it on pulsed output through haltech nexus, no thermostat needed
What I really don't understand is how you drive so well in events like CC BUT so bad in FD. Like I'm sure you compete in more drifting events than most FD drivers yet seem to do worse when in FD

16:55 those are just abs plastic with a hydrographic over it....you could find a local place and make your own version....you pick the base color and pattern...the true weave pattern looks pretty cool with a dark gray metallic base coat

Electric water pumps are fuckin live saving hooooooly shit, different applications and much different motors that I’ve used them on, but my chevelle has had serious heat management issues and holy shit the headache relief it’s been.

surely Johan knows this but for the leakdown test your cylinder is supposed to be at TDC on the compression stroke. Seems like you guys were just guessing
I would consider electric waterpump because it gives the ability to keep flowing coolant trough the motor after its turned off.
Powersteering, KRC an option? Got it on my FC, I like it.
I think that when you add a electric power steering pump to an existing rack and opinion system , it's still handles very close to traditional hydraulic steering . It's mainly the electric steering that comes from factory that doesn't provide any feedback or any real driver feel .

#ADAM Make sure to lock your trunk up. When you bounced on klutchkickets your trunk opened and if i can remember correctly theres a rule that you cant have anything flapping in the back including trunk. So make sure you put some clips or something so it wont open.
