Very interesting to stress the difference between marketing and sales. You're totally right in that. It is not the same and requires different qualities of the person who is dealing with it. In the business what I'm doing the last 14 years (helping small businesses hiring the right person), I observed that the markedplace has totally changed the last years. My marketing strategy doesn't work anymore. I need to find out now the major problem small businesses now have concerning their personnel. I need more reaches. I normally don't have any problem to sell to a qualified prospect. I know I can help them. The feel this and buy my first service.
