Hi, liked ur recipe will surely try it. Just a suggestion try passing the paneer through the Atta seive by rubbing the paneer lumps on it.This way you will get a smooth mixture. The mixer blades cut through it to release more moisture.Try it 😊
Looks like it works out more expensive than buying cream cheese. Please correct me if I am wrong. That's 2 mini packs of amul cream roughly 110 plus a packet of milk 20. So total expense 140 for about 200 GM's cheese. Of course it probably tastes better. How can we get it done where it works out cheaper than the market price?

anju malkani it would definitely taste different than a cheesecake. I guess this is just a substitute for the spreads and stuff. I guess homemade ricotta is the only one that will taste good in a cheesecake
