I am glad I found your video. I was about to send mine back because I couldn't find the mounting points and every video showed them have a bunch of extra equipment to put them on. Done in 5 minutes!
Why does every other video here show it mounted on the outside and yours goes inside behind the light? Much better your way! I ordered one for my 2020 Ram. Did I get the wrong one?
For the 5th gen RAMs (New Style) the mounting points for the shock are hidden. For the 4th Gen they are exposed so the shock goes on the outside. I hope it works for you.
I just got a 2020 Ram 2500 big horn, would this be the same installation? And does the passenger side have the same hidden set up. So you could use one on each side?. Thanks

You only need one , I don't believe the right side has the hardware to mount the shock , only the left side .
