How do you check your case drain? And I’m under the impression that replacing carrier seals can be done completely from the outside of the machine.??

Hydro fluid was filling the chain case. From the case drain side

Should the shaft turn by hand on a 753 bobcat final drive motor when out of the machine.
Mine does and was told the drive was bad because it should not turn at all.

Thanks for the video nice presentation. Question how much was the seals, are they oem parts. what was the time spent per side

Seals were about $30.00. O-rings a couple bucks each. Time to remove the motors was probably a half hour each. You need a 1 3/8 wrench so I had to chase one of them down. One of the hoses you need a 1 3/8 crows foot. Again it took a couple days to get one of those. So if you had the proper tools and everything went well probably about an hr a side. Only thing I will say is make sure your case drain filters are clean and there are no restrictions in there as that will blow a seal.

Did you check your case drain and make sure it wasn’t clogged. It has to be able to cycle fluid back to the tank

I'm having the same problem. Where do I check?

@@ladrhog Finaly the problem was the o-ring inside the drive motor or hidraulic motor , so i bought the o-ring

@@theshitshow3723 If you don't have a manual I would suggest getting one. they are very helpful. The oil path through the drive motors is kinda funky to follow. but the only way for the hydraulic oil to get to the case drain is through the drive motor seals.
