I have had several cars dipped and 99.0% satisfied. But what everyone seems to 'skip over' is the correct prep of the inside of the box sections etc - the areas where you cannot get a scotchbrite pad to. If the phosphate treatment remains inside those sections and then epoxy is sprayed (HA - not an easy task) inside those sections not cleaned with scotchbrite, but till with the phosphate treatment present - what will be the effect? CHEERS from AUSTRALIA.
You didnt show how you primer the area that impossible to get you gunin area like interior doorsor hidden cavity... or welded in member to paint... in tight or confined spaces
Just got my 64 xke done here in Ontario. High humidity started to flash rust. Used Skyco Ospho on it then epoxy primer. The work continues.
It's the uneven heating from friction of the blasting material that warps the panel. "I put three MGs into my acid tank, haven't seen one since!" 😂😂😂
😂🤣😂
this is the exact kind of information I want. Thank You Guild!

What's flash rust look like? I have welds that have been exposed for months and they look same as when I welded.
Dave Taylor impossible. Flash rust is bright orange.
