Agreed. Most of Kpop comes from the same mold as most pop does. It's specifically designed to be trendy and to appeal to as wide an audience as possible. This makes most pop music seem pretty shallow and, dare I say, disposable, or at least forgettable. Admittedly, kpop suffers from this lot less than most pop from the rest of the world, but it's still there. Few songs, and even fewer groups, can break out of that mold and become, as you describe them, timeless.

I like how you mention that it isn't a budget issue because some have been saying that. This album is said to mirror OOTD. VillainS vs VirtuouS. OOTD being about vanity with numerous flashy sets contrast greatly with Justice's minimalism.

Scream is what got me into Dreamcatcher, but Justice is definitely top 3 for me. Btw I don't recommend driving to it, the chorus will force you to speed 😂
I loved this song so much! It sounds so epic and grandiose. For me this song feels like a brilliant follow up to OOTD. While OOTD was about vanity and false appearances, this song feels like a rebuttal to that with how they focused on a smaller scale MV as compared with the high budget, high octane video for their previous release. As for the solo sets, they show that they will keep fighting (as Dami with the sword evokes imagery of Lady Justice) even if they get hurt by it (Gahyeon), imprisoned for it (Jiu), abandoned for it (Yoohyeon) or their deeds forgotten (Siyeon wrapped in cloth like old, abandoned furniture). Sua's solo to me embodies their determination and tenacity (as she marches through the dark). Then at the end they all come together and destroy the crown. This seems like the same crown shown in OOTD and, for me, is used as the visual representation of the concept of OOTD (vanity and lies). Maybe I am getting this completely wrong and my interpretation is wrong. In summary; I love this song. I love this concept and sound for them. I love the MV and I love Dreamcatcher! P.S. Please rest and take your time recovering Siyeon. All InSomnia will still be here for you when you return. Dreamcatcher is always 7.
I actually totally thought something similar as well! I think I first brought this up during a conversation I had with someone who seemed disappointed with the budget, but one of my responses was that there may have been a creative decision behind it. While OOTD had to do with glitz/glam, shallow appearances, and narcissism via endless amounts of reshoots and editing, it's definitely reflected in the MV that gave it a really busy/frenetic feel. Meanwhile, an album title named Virtuous with 7 members makes me think of a philosophical concept called "the 7 virtues," which are more or less the opposite of the 7 deadly sins. These values (i.e. justice, hope, fortitude, charity, etc.) are comparitively much more robust than the the ones OOTD had about vanity (meanwhile, the meaning behind the Latin "vanitas" is both about "pride" and "futility" as prideful values won't last very long). The robust values of the virtues thus makes me think of "solid, solemn, yet strong," which I think the MV did a great job with.
The ability to release some of your BEST Music and Title tracks THIS deep into your career is an ability not many artists posses, yet here comes Dreamcatcher releasing arguably their most epic song to date with JUSTICE!!! So proud of them!
the echoing effect just feels so right in this song. and the fact that it goes away at the end feels like it contributes to the story the song is trying to tell.
I have theory that every member solo scene actually represent their own fight in their life journey. Jiu = struggle at the beginning since she is the 1st to join the company Siyeon = battle with loneliness Handong = alone in the dark = foreigner in another country Gahyeon = protecting herself by the umbrella & also protecting 6other arrows for the other members with her confidence from toxic & antis Dami = seeking guidence to pursue music Yoohyeon = she keeps survive no matter how clumsy & tempet she is
I remember theorizing during the teaser profiles that each member could be representative of one of the 7 virtues (usually more or less the opposite of the 7 deadly sins). Off the top of my head, there's justice, faith, hope, charity, temperance, fortitude, and prudence. I haven't given it much thought ever since the MV came out, but I think it'd be a nice thing to take advantage of in an album titled "virtuous."
@@dry009 nope, for SuA i interpret she surrounded with many dancers = her trainee period which is longest (5years) to the point now she become a very good dancer
@@RCynic75 Hmm, for me Handong playing the archangel Uriel is justice. Dami expelling the serpent from the apple with the sword of Michael is fortitude. Yoohyeon biting the apple only to appear again later in glasses, vision corrected, just screams prudence to me. Jiu biding her time in bonds though reeling to go until the right moment is temperance. Gahyeon with nothing but an umbrella under arrows raining down is faith, six arrows in her back suggesting friendly fire to me but she uses hers to shoot the crown. Sua getting through the menial drudgery and raising an army of blind justice dancers is hope. Siyeon worried about her missing friend and sacrificing the crown is love/charity. This is all a bit ironic as their name is Dreamcatcher which some people consider not Christian. If I am right about this, though, they have done a Christian theme better than any modern “Christian” music I have encountered, IMHO.
Usually I would hate that "electronic echoing" of the high note, but in this song is SO AMAZING - they ALL perform the high note (except Dami), but it felt like they are using to praise and magnify their voice and "scream" for the fight. It is clever and beautiful.
Ollounder : we've been together for a long time now. Now lets hear everyone's highnotes !!! Yeahhhh !!! DC : Yeah !! Rock n roll baby !! Come on !!! Dami : yall just do you.
I think the brightness and simplicity of the set was meant to contrast with OOTD - which seems much darker, has more sets and an emphasis on breaking the fourth wall.
Yas!! At first I was like "that was it" coz usually DC have so much aesthetic backdrops. It reminded me of their Maison-Vision era where they kinda made it simple. But afterwards it all makes sense to me because the simplistic element of it is a statement against towards the flashy element of OOTD. Fbhskaak I'm yapping. I really have lots to say about it's simplicity and small details and how it connects to ootd
Just watched an awesome video about how Dreamcatcher, given their global popularity, could never put out another album or new music ever again, and they could still hold as many successful tours as they wanted to for the rest of their careers on just their current discography alone and people would never get bored of the set lists. I’d never thought of it before, but hell yeah all their music is SO good and there’s SO MUCH OF IT 🤟👊🫶
I remember hearing people ask, "Is this their best song?" It's really astounding to realize that after 7-10 years of releasing music that we love, this is actually a legitimate question. How am I wondering if I like this song or Deja Vu more? That's insane!
Personally it feels like Deja Vu has two child: BONVOYAGE and this, JUSTICE. But also, JUSTICE feels like culmination of their previous comebacks, both in imagery and in sound, while still brought new things (like the echoed effect, or Tankzzo involvement).
Every comeback I have experienced with Dreamcatcher since 2017, they have NEVER failed to surprise me. Like you would think they'd would do the same concept or ideas like some other groups usually have and you'll get bore overtime because it's the same formula but with the Dreamcatcher, they dont know how NOT to surpass themselves. They always experiment with different things, sounds, ideas and others but yet manage to stick true to themselves and every time you hear ANY of their songs, your heart will scream it is from Dreamcatcher even though the songs all very different. That is something that is so rare to find. That is why every comeback of them I would never missed despite not being a hardcore K-pop fan like I used to, DC is the only group I would still looking forward to. Every time they just keep leveling up to a higher place than they have been before in terms of the quality of their music and this is their 7th year. They killed it in every single department from their dance, choreo, visuals, personality and of course their vocals (ALL 6 girls can be a main vocal in any group not even kidding). The girls are truly one of a kind and I hope they would do this for a longer time as the world needs to see how talented these girls are.
i think, once again, dreamcatcher took a theme and embodied it fully. this comeback is a clear sequel to ootd and fills its role by being the opposite of ootd. ootd was this watered down version of dreamcatcher, sound wise and lyrics wise, with an extremely edited and fake feeling to it. it was a commentary on taking the virtual space so seriously that you mold yourself to this version of you the people want. it rewards vanity and fake personas, makes you hide vulnerability and genuine expression. the final chorus of that song feels robotic and the repetition makes it sound like they're trying to convince themselves of this facade they're putting on. the crown in ootd was that whole concept personified, and it disappeared as soon as the computers were turned off. with justice, dreamcatcher breaks free from their own vanity. the small set displays dreamcatcher as a group, doing what they do best, which is performing. the high notes while dancing to demanding choreography is their trademark, the powerful song and performance are exactly what we want from dreamcatcher, yet it still sounds fresh. it throws out all the fancy sets and editing from ootd, yet they still look and perform perfectly. they don't need any of that, they just need to be dreamcatcher. all the religious imagery and the lyricism about war makes me think of joan of arc, who was burned at a stake. the warm lighting and fire motifs bring to mind purifying flames, burning away all the vanity and the facade they built and being reborn from the ashes (gaheyon's "clean me up" comes to mind). the solo shots show the vulnerability that they were hiding in ootd, you see gaheyon does get hit by the arrows, you see jiu tied down by her own vanity and fake confidence. they're fighting to be human again, burning all the lies away. they break the crown and decide to show their vulnerable backs to the camera at the end, something you'd never see in ootd. they reject the crown and face away from the camera, having burned away the lies, having been hit and wounded, but they emerge whole. thematically, the two songs make an extremely cohesive duo, despite how different the videos and songs are.
Check their playlist - Unreleased reactions - they reacted to OOTD few months ago! Just didn't made it public due to his conditions at that time. Actually explained on Patreon, but yeah
The MV isn't complicated but so many details were nicely done , the close shots of the lips singing, the apple a symbol in dreamcatcher videos , how the hands are shot and their importance in the choreography , and the colours were so intense and wow , always amazing colours in Dreamcatcher videos . And the goosebumps from the power of the vocals and the hands again are power and the sword of course with Dami... The Director is amazingly talented, had a great vision for sure . Of course the girls are amazing too like always, their charisma wow . The rock is there and as a rock/metal fan Dreamcatcher has always a special place in my heart. The only thing, the echo is really cool but singing on that live , not sure about it. I would give an 9/10 .
Fantastic title track on a phenomenal album! Fireflies is stunning and now my favourite ballad by DC. And "2 Rings" is one of my favourite performances! ♥
The fact that they've been around for 7+ years and doing their things when another group with the same or even younger ages are slowly dissappear itself is insane ❤
Dreamcatcher stopped using constructed sets with the Apocalypse trilogy in order to decrease the environmental impact of single use sets. They shoot on location combined with the careful use of CGI. Since I was raised in a Christian country, a lot of the imagery seems Christian. Perhaps people from other cultures see different things.
World, meet badass Gahyeon, pulverizing the evil crown with one shot, after taking six flaming arrows in the back for her warrior-sisters. This album is called VirtuouS, the last was Villains. Dreamcatcher, in a parallel world, played the part of the villains, lusting for the corruption concentrated in that crown. OOTD: the narcissism, arrogance, fraud, craving for wealth and supremacy in the world of high fashion... all of that had roots in the iconic crown. The ARG leading up to the release of Villains unfolded that narrative in suspenseful detail. The warriors in Justice are the polar opposite of all the hateful depravity that Dreamcatcher portrayed in OOTD. That crown on its pedestal was dangerous - Siyeon barely touched it when she picked it up to hurl towards Gahyeon's arrow.
Check their Unreleased Kpop Reaction playlist! OOTD is there, reacted, published unlisted but PD made the playlist public and put the videos there. Like 10-20 reactions, comebacks from February and before
My favorite thing about Dreamcatcher is, every one of their comebacks not only feels completely unique among their catalog, it feels unique among music in general.
Really appreciate the comments /musings regarding the single set. Made me appreciate more how creativity sometimes is enhanced with limitations. Thanks for the reaction/review
I honestly think they deserved more elaborated sets, I didn't like the purple lights one the most, cause it looked kinda cheap, but the music is a huuuge banger ❤️ 🔥 the sword and the reaching hand reminded me of Piri and they should've got something like that as a MV imo
I agree with you PD for some reason their music just won't age. If anything their discography is aging like fine wine. I think the fact that they keep trying different things helps their sound to stay fresh and interesting for very long periods of time.
Justice is so good! Love it! Been in hospital for 2 weeks and was listening to this song since came out and watching their video and reaction videos, and was waiting for yours as well! Soooo Epic, love all about this song and music video!
To me Justice felt like a "comeback" to Deja Vu. The main set in a big ballroom of sorts with the close up shots in more magical feeling, the sword Dami held and the end with Yoohyeon and also the crown. Not to mention the song itself with the big high notes in every chorus. When I first watched/listened I felt an ironic deja vu to Deja Vu. And that it's not a critic, on the contrary. Deja Vu is my favorite song of theirs and having another song with a similar feeling to me is awesome (I love their entire discography nonetheless, but Deja Vu is very dear to me). And I was flabbergasted every time I noticed a small similarity, despite not knowing if it was on purpose or not. I've been completely addicted to this song since the release, they certainly continues to outdo themselves.
This song is definitely another number one for me, along with DejaVu, Odd Eye and Vision. I honestly think this is the best release of a Kpop group this year...so far. I think it can only be dethroned by another Dreamcatcher song. This song is just waaaaay too epic. Is the kind of song you'd listen when you're going to battle...it brings out such a...visceral reaction every single time it plays!!! It is an incredibly emotional song... it's like it reaches into your guts and pulls out this feeling of...just...like...power? And like....i keep just making sounds over here while I try to describe it cause I can't think of any word that can actually fully describe it the way I feel it 😂
Seeing the members perform this on It's Live with no backing track or echo effect and it really makes you appreciate everyone who's doing those "Fight" lines. Siyeon does this three times and each time it's different. She introduces it, then does harmony with Gahyeon's version, then the last power line. It's freaking insane. Meanwhile Yoohyeon does her version sooo smooth and seemingly effortlessly - and you know it's not easy because not only is a long line, but she's doing it twice with next to no breath in-between. I believe SuA and JiU do it in the middle chorus, but they are amping it up, basically setting up for Siyeon's big conclusion for the end. Lastly you got Gahyeon singing right next to Siyeon (and keeping up, mind you) with of course Siyeon's final "fight" which EVERYONE is talking about. Without the echo you can really see how impressive everyone is, and how they are playing that part to almost tell story through sound by how they are delivering it. It's not just singing "Fight", the are consciously leading into each other in different ways.
I was kinda sad when Dreamcatcher departed with Scream from their signature horror rock, but in hindsight that decision might have saved them as a group and got them to new heights for sure with their new electro sounds
It was more jrock inspired, and they branched out a bunch more into nu metal (odd eye, Maison) industrial (vision) and now the 2000s alternative rock of Fall Out Boy etc. it’s definitely different but I enjoy Ollounder’s approach to everything!
The crucial element that need to be brought to the light and has to be talked more is how they became Chameleon, adapting with different "trending" music (4th Gen and Now a merge of 5th Gen wave) while staying true with their own roots starting with "Chase Me". By sticking/running one genre which is very familiar yet so unfamiliar to the SK industries while evolving each comeback with the combination of other sounds and genre. Those aint no damn easy for sustainability and could be a dead end if it wasnt handled properly. This Where Jiu, SuA, Siyeon, Handong, Yoohyeon, Dami and Gahyeon talent came clutch big time. Through 7years of DC's journeys, its this unexplainable until today how they just make it works, bulldozing right through the saturated SK's music industries, breaking the norms left and right. Every single time they coming back its always something fresh and hot from the Kitchen to the table. Everyday they've become a DreamCatcher that Somnias always proud off. And thanks to that Somnias never always being in doubt, matter of Fact theyve never cease to impress. Keep the fanbase loyalty strong while attracting the new one. And the best part. We never stop and giving up to helping new Somnias. Just like how DC's never ending spirit to keep going Its truly a timeless, their discography, their journey.. The Everything
I just noticed there are already 7 members standing and facing away from the camera in that final scene (3:27), and then one more lady comes in from the right side and joins them. Could that be Justice joining them? On their side of the fight?
Wow, I haven't seen your videos in a couple of months. You look so refreshed, and your filming style has changed in such a nice way, even if it's just a minor change. I always enjoy your commentary so much-just how detailed, on point, and insightful your analysis is. Thanks for your efforts! Hope you're doing amazing in your life overall!
What in the epic rock Jean of Arc is this masterpiece? Oh my god, so incredible! Btw, fellow Europeans... Don't you think this is a song that we could see performed in Eurovision by either the Epic folk countries (Serbia, Azerbaijan...) or the Epic rock metal countries (Iceland, Finland...)? I see it lol
To me, Justice is their best title track. It went straight to #1 on my list at first listen, and it's going to stay there until they somehow top this later on (I have a feeling that they will, lol). Thank you for the great reaction and analysis.
Neither Yoohyeon nor Siyeon have a black void set, all of them have the purple aesthetic set and I believe Jiu, Siyeon and Gahyeon don't have the main museum room set. Only unique set in the video I believe was Siyeon's white fabric set. I have always found that limiting yourself helps in creativity and DCC has always done that. Earlier they creatively used a single set because they didn't have the budget, here they seemed to use a single set because it forces you to be creative. Oh and it somehow sounds even better in the dancear performance with all the stomping.
Honestly every time I listen to the song I forget that it's over 3 minutes long, I feel like I start it, it goes for 30 seconds and I'm already finished. It's so trippy 😭😭this is not an insult whatsoever, actually a compliment. It's so epic I forget time exists.
I always look forward to your breakdowns PD and I absolutely love this comeback. I hope you're going to check out the rest of the album because it's amazing. There are live showcases for Justice and 2 Rings and the 1theK Originals channel released a DancEAR performance for Justice. It's live raw vocals without processing, no back track, full choreo, and was filmed before Siyeon went on hiatus. It's a phenomenal performance. I agree with you on the video aesthetics. OOTD was bloated with visual clutter and sets because it represented the Villains version of Dreamcatcher that sold out and chased fame over everything else. Justice is the mirror opposite, focusing on simplicity and strength of message over glitz and glamor. The MV, while simple, still looks gorgeous. The lighting and cinematography make it feel premium without being in your face. Sometimes, as Gahyeon says, Simple is Better.
I loved this song the moment I heard it, but it wasn't until watching it with pd the first time I really listened to the song itself, and it literally gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes. dreamcatcher is on another level
It was incredible, probably my fav title track by them so far!! Thank you for you reaction!! You keep saying thiings that I also feel but didn't find the right words to express 😅
thanks for reacting to this great song. every person who reacts to it sees something new that amazed me. I love teh storytelling by Dreamcatcher and for me this building a barrier to fight for justice its a deep point in my on heart. I am often the one, who will be seen as friendly and helpful but get very angry if I see something unjustice. Mostly for others I can get a bit ti spitful, so a barrierer to hold the hateful things from my heart and my mouth but netherless have the flame and the energy to fight for the right things. The good and importan stuff I can fight for, like the emotion from lovly soft persons who don't have the weapons to speak for them selfs but derserves with their sweet hearts to be defended. I am a warrior for the worth, health and hearts of people, animals and kids alike. I belive we all have a warrior in our hearts, but it can be hard to know what we want to fight for. I thing this symbolic song and video can help "guid", like Dami said, to a way from our personal choice. I loved her rap part, that, yes, warriors also feel pain, but to fight notherless, because we are ALIVE. The first time I watch this song I cried. I have shit antideprresivum, that killes many deep emotions, so to move my heart it that degree, that I can cry, good tears that are cleansing, thats something. thansk again for reacting to this song and video. greetings Tainja
To me, this MV brings back the plot of Deja Vu and alters the events, they're rebuilding peace in the kingdom that was destroyed by greed and envy. The war isn't amongst themselves anymore, but against the crown, a symbol of oppressive power that poisoned them and enslaved everyone, including whoever was the queen. But Justice is not achieved just by winning a war, therefore the final shot is about hope. Hope for a better future now that wrongs have been corrected.
How Siyeon is not considered a top vocalist in the industry is beyond me. Yoohyeon is no joke either. Love the song.

Jiu = struggle at the beginning since she is the 1st to join the company
Siyeon = battle with loneliness
Handong = alone in the dark = foreigner in another country
Gahyeon = protecting herself by the umbrella & also protecting 6other arrows for the other members with her confidence from toxic & antis
Dami = seeking guidence to pursue music
Yoohyeon = she keeps survive no matter how clumsy & tempet she is
SuA = I'm actually doing fine, I just want to throw hands
I remember theorizing during the teaser profiles that each member could be representative of one of the 7 virtues (usually more or less the opposite of the 7 deadly sins). Off the top of my head, there's justice, faith, hope, charity, temperance, fortitude, and prudence. I haven't given it much thought ever since the MV came out, but I think it'd be a nice thing to take advantage of in an album titled "virtuous."
@@dry009 nope, for SuA i interpret she surrounded with many dancers = her trainee period which is longest (5years) to the point now she become a very good dancer
@@RCynic75 i remember this theory & i look up to the 7virtues explanation. I kinda try to match each member to each virtues as well
@@RCynic75 Hmm, for me Handong playing the archangel Uriel is justice.
Anthem of The Year....
Deukae are truly pioneers in kpop. Nobody is doing it like them.
This albums is one of the most cohesive they released so far. It's so good! I hope you'll react to it!
yoohyeon's hair is probably my fav after the grey one in you & i
She looks like her idol Sunmi in Heartburn!
Just watched an awesome video about how Dreamcatcher, given their global popularity, could never put out another album or new music ever again, and they could still hold as many successful tours as they wanted to for the rest of their careers on just their current discography alone and people would never get bored of the set lists. I’d never thought of it before, but hell yeah all their music is SO good and there’s SO MUCH OF IT 🤟👊🫶
What's the name of the video? I want to watch it too ❤
frrrrr
I remember hearing people ask, "Is this their best song?" It's really astounding to realize that after 7-10 years of releasing music that we love, this is actually a legitimate question. How am I wondering if I like this song or Deja Vu more? That's insane!
Personally it feels like Deja Vu has two child: BONVOYAGE and this, JUSTICE. But also, JUSTICE feels like culmination of their previous comebacks, both in imagery and in sound, while still brought new things (like the echoed effect, or Tankzzo involvement).
They way I've been checking and waiting on this one.....
Lead guitar on this song is really challenging, loved it.
the whole album, this song, the MV.. INSANE
Finally PD back reacting to Dreamcatcher!
Fireflies is so good! I love that their vocals get to shine even more.
Justice is an amazing song. There's so many parts that I love about it and no parts that I dislike at all. It's so good!
The fact that they've been around for 7+ years and doing their things when another group with the same or even younger ages are slowly dissappear itself is insane ❤
in life stages Handong cover Sihyeon chorus part and its sound GOOOOOD
PD has been one of the OGs for DC reactions. So glad to see you back Man.
Been listening to Justice everyday since it came out, it has successfully become my top title track beating Deja Vu!
Siyeon managers to slay even harder with each comeback.
Dreamcatcher and Happyface definitely cooked hard again! This is absolute CINEMA.
Justice is so good! Love it! Been in hospital for 2 weeks and was listening to this song since came out and watching their video and reaction videos, and was waiting for yours as well! Soooo Epic, love all about this song and music video!
hope u get better soon!!
I hope you recovered soon, greetings from a Chilean InSomnia
@@shineinstars thank you!!!
@@cindyromerorojas500 thank you too!
We can all agree Dreamcatcher never fails
And like....i keep just making sounds over here while I try to describe it cause I can't think of any word that can actually fully describe it the way I feel it 😂
never seen PD play an mv so fast. only with Dreamcatcher 🤭
The face of Rock in Kpop by a mile.
Somehow this song always makes me teary eyed every time i hear it. Dont know why 😮 just something in this song touches my subconciusnes
bro their album this comeback is also SO good
I was kinda sad when Dreamcatcher departed with Scream from their signature horror rock, but in hindsight that decision might have saved them as a group and got them to new heights for sure with their new electro sounds
It was more jrock inspired, and they branched out a bunch more into nu metal (odd eye, Maison) industrial (vision) and now the 2000s alternative rock of Fall Out Boy etc. it’s definitely different but I enjoy Ollounder’s approach to everything!
The highnotes make me levitate
Just like how DC's never ending spirit to keep going
Its truly a timeless, their discography, their journey.. The Everything
They’ve been my favorites since they dropped Deja Vu and they will NEVER disappoint
I just noticed there are already 7 members standing and facing away from the camera in that final scene (3:27), and then one more lady comes in from the right side and joins them. Could that be Justice joining them? On their side of the fight?
This is definitely one of their best ones yet!
The chorus of all choruses tbh
Dreamcatcher sure brought some awesome song to the table that is kpop industry
I think this song is the best at least since "Because". I love Dreamcatcher, but I honestly didn't expect this level
Love JUSTICE so much...and other songs in this album is good too , you must listen
The painting is "Hero and Leander" by Salvator Rosa
What in the epic rock Jean of Arc is this masterpiece? Oh my god, so incredible! Btw, fellow Europeans... Don't you think this is a song that we could see performed in Eurovision by either the Epic folk countries (Serbia, Azerbaijan...) or the Epic rock metal countries (Iceland, Finland...)? I see it lol
To me, Justice is their best title track. It went straight to #1 on my list at first listen, and it's going to stay there until they somehow top this later on (I have a feeling that they will, lol). Thank you for the great reaction and analysis.
i love sua sm im so happy shes shining covering for siyeon in the live stages
makes sense for the soulmates to cover each other, I'm sure Siyeon is so proud
The symbolism means she is taken the shots for us!
I agree on the religious imagery. It gives like a paladin knight kinda vibe.
The scene were Dami is kneeling in front of the window with the sword reminds me of Joan of Arc or a knight at vigil.
Honestly every time I listen to the song I forget that it's over 3 minutes long, I feel like I start it, it goes for 30 seconds and I'm already finished. It's so trippy 😭😭this is not an insult whatsoever, actually a compliment. It's so epic I forget time exists.
That’s why I don’t mind how repetitive the chorus is, it’s very loopable
This is an anthem. There's no other way to describe it
daammn ... form of theraphy this early for DC comeback .. finallyyy ..
This is giving off Paramour or Evanescense vibes
More like Fall Out Boy!
I'm in love with this comeback
The entire ep is so good
3:32 funny you say that, I have chills.
I LOVED THIS SONG
Nice reaction! I was waiting for your review of this comeback 😊
I fell in love with DC one more time ⚘
I loved this song the moment I heard it, but it wasn't until watching it with pd the first time I really listened to the song itself, and it literally gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes. dreamcatcher is on another level
It was incredible, probably my fav title track by them so far!! Thank you for you reaction!! You keep saying thiings that I also feel but didn't find the right words to express 😅
This might be their best mini album, in my opinion! All the tracks are just so good, fireflies might be best ballad ever. AOTY
I instantly love the song when i heard it also i didn't really notice that how limited the amount of their sets are,
I might explode into fire and flame if i saw this live in concert. It's just so FIRE FIRE FIRE!!!!!
"Let's go ahead and watch that again." Oh man, do I have to? Well, OK, I guess.
FINALLY DREAMCATCHER!!!
This sounds like a song ready for a AAA game cinematic in the best of ways.
Thank You PD🫡🤟🏻
Dami in the scene where she is kneeling holding the sword gives me Clare from the anime Claymore vibes.
This song is quintessential Dreamcatcher epic.
thanks for reacting to this great song. every person who reacts to it sees something new that amazed me.
I love the rock feel to this song. It gives it an edge that really compliments them
Please listen to the other songs in the album, i think you'll love them
