In today's scuba diving video, I came across some great finds, including a sizable magnet designed for magnet fishing, a voodoo jar with the word "Satan" written on it, phones, jewelry, fishing lures, knives, and even a gun!

Probable. I wish the police would/could give you an update on some of these guns you find. In this case, a ballistics match, assuming they have a round from shooting.
In other instances, just a serial number check to let you know it was reported stolen or not. (Just be interesting to know)

Right when you found the gun I thought you were looking at what I thought was a silver ring just below it. Good eyes finding it. My favorite find of the day was the diamond ring.

I understand the golf balls because I have seen people on the Phenix City side up near the dam hitting across the river(I have found a lot of balls that didn't make it all the way across), but a golf club? Did someone get mad because of too many bad shots and started throwing clubs?

Far less likely that a knife in a river is there because of nefarious reasons. 99% of fishing boats will have a knife similar to the one he found.
