    first menachem mendel schneerson father in law was not obese at all. my father met him and have plenty of photos. also menachem mendel schneerson never said he was receiving messages from his father in law, he went to pray for other people at his tomb. its too bad this "professor" didnt do real research. I am not religious but, I find it hard to listen to someone very sly with an obvious agenda as he is fabricating facts.

    This particular professor is known for his anti - Hassidic rhetoric. I've heard him called a self-hating Jew. In the first 10 minutes of this video, you can hear from his words that he's against the majority of the Orthodox movement.

    You cannot learn about the Rebbe from this speech.
    You can learn how outsiders twist things.
    The speaker appears to be a good person, but he is clearly a stranger to Chabad.
    He knows a lot about and around Chabad... but he never actually got to know Chabad itself.
    Multiple foundational errors. A lot of this is valid. But a lot is false. So you cannot trust it.
    Some is absolutely ridiculous. Anything that sounds ridiculous... it’s safe to say that it’s ridiculous.
    If you want to know Chabad or the Rebbe, just go to their website, or go to your local chabad house.
    Chabad is very honest and down to earth - especially the women. Just ask. They’re normal people.

    read his book. It is too agenda driven and not as honest and accurate as Adin Steinzaltz or Rabbi Telushkins book or the Rebbe of Lubavitch. Spending many years studying his works and corresponding with those who lived his community, I must say do the same, your own research. He is arguably one of the most profound characters of his time.

    PS I would strongly recommend studying the actual history of Reform conservative Judaism in detail.....Medelson,Geiger,Finkelstein ....wanted to switch Sabbath to Sunday read only German Torah and eliminate all kosher and Circumcision endorse intermarriage and Christmas tree etc. One of these nudniks said to eat pork and clams on Yom Kippur!!! seriously look it up...
    They teach in theological seminary that the Torah and Tanakh are written by various people and there are two Isaiah's...not ruach hakodesh.
    Meshuga! נודנק ...a shande that almost destroyed our people .

    The new hassidic will study intellect 7.2 hrs a day ; study medicine 7.2hrs a day ; and sleep 7.2hrs a day and exercise 2.4 hrs a day. The new generation will not study intellect 15 hrs a day for 15 years. This will be a generation where A Rabbi is Surgeon and a Surgeon is a Rabbi. The new cities will be built where the center building will no longer be a courthouse but a building of three levels where the medical office is on the first floor the school is on the second floor and home is on the third. A courthouse will be necessary only to verify land ownership. The Rebbe was not the Messiah but he was a messenger. Only a King can make a King

    For me as a German this was one of the most interesting speeches ever. To value my countries culture as disgusting and dangerous because jews felt so comfortable that many of them wanted to be German instead the outsiders they've been for centuries, that is an easy claim in order to deliver an explanation for the catastrophe called The Holocaust. Reality however, is a little more complicated looking at a declining British Empire, the Russian Revolutions and - above all: The "German Culture" that established in the 19th century was as jewish as it was german. It was a Devine fusion, much more productive than the fusion of jewish money (including Marx) with Orthodox Judaism.

    • @goldengun9970

      You have to realise losing a Jew to assimilation is not one bit better than a Jew being killed. Whole reason we are on this earth is not to follow in the ways of other nations. Also the Jews in Germany had been there 600 years. Attacking them was treason that is attacking true and loyal German citizens

    • @oliverhelbing8294
      @oliverhelbing8294 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@goldengun9970 While I agree about the treason part, your first statement is another stunning example for extreme madness. Thanks for the insight. Your statement implies supremacy, racism and a funny kind of stupidity; three attributes Germans have also been attracted to in the past.

      @@oliverhelbing8294 you still are not making sense. Racism? We are mande up of many many races and many many ethnicities. Have also had converts every generation forn3800 years.
      Now you have other religions that normally say wholenworld has to join them or you are going to hell. Yet we say anyone can join but they do nit need to. We have a special mission and any righteous non jew will share in the world to come and yes when firnexqmple some deceptive evangelical targets our most vulnerable and if they succeed in converting some that is Jews lost from our nation just like as if they were killed.
      You still have a illogical way at looking at what I am saying. And not really anyone else in societies business if religious people wish to be religious and find being religious important. Other Germans do nit uave to convert and become Jews same as every other religion on earth. I assure you. Hristiajs do nit like seeing their members convert to another religion

    • @oliverhelbing8294
      @oliverhelbing8294 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@goldengun9970 All three religions derived from Abraham claim to be tolerant; with bittersweet promises, be it heaven, a couple of virgins or a load of slaves and servants. Other religions have another approach that is far more respectful towards life because they accept and protect the "creation" instead of trying to shape, influence and change it. This is outside of your box, and everybody shall believe what he/she likes. But there is a big BUT: whenever a religious group claims to be above the others, this is deeply wrong from the start and that group will be rejected. That is completely logical. Now you guys go around and claim to "heal the world". And there are a lot of very nice projects which underwrite this claim. But what you actually are fanatically longing for is the arrival of the Messiah. When I look at these past 3.000 years it is a story of people writing a book in order to control. So finally: if there is a God, do you really think he created mankind as free thinkers allowing those who claim to be chosen to enslave the rest?

    Realpolitik (from German: real; "realistic", "practical", or "actual"; and Politik; "politics", German pronunciation: [ʁeˈaːlpoliˌtiːk]) is politics or diplomacy based primarily on considerations of given circumstances and factors, rather than explicit ideological notions or moral and ethical premises.
