Fishing With Live Worms - Easy Ways to Find Fish From the Bank

  • When it seems like you can't find any easy fish from the bank, here are a couple things to try when fishing with live worms. Sometimes all it takes is a bobber adjustment to start catching fish. When you raise the float up higher on the line, the worm will be closer to the bottom. To target fish near the bottom, a drop rig might also help. Today I was able to catch a few nice Bluegill and an awesome shellcracker (red ear sunfish). Whether you are a beginner or you just want to catch a few fish, you can use live worms a few ways to help you find them easily.

Googan recently made a video advertising that they were making a fishing team and that you could apply to join the team. Turns out they accept every application and give you a generic code (it's the same code for everyone) to get 10% off on their store. That's it.

Just wanted to say that your channel has helped me get back into fishing after a decade and a half out of the hobby. I used to go for tournament bass and catfish with my father, so overly-expensive gear was all I knew. Thanks to you I realized I don't need to break my bank to go have some fun.

Have become friends with the man who just painted my house and he hadn't been fishing in a couple of years. Took him out this afternoon. He got 4 bass and 2 crapie in about 3 hours. The largest he got was pushing 3 lb.. Didn't have much time to use my rod while guiding but did get one over 4.5 lb. for myself. He just loved it.

@@RealisticFishing I would love that! Some of us have no exposire to fishing or very little. I get lost pretty quick with some of the so called "begginer videos" on you tube. Lol.

@Swiatek702 thanks for the tip. I have a book that I read. I think it was a fishing for dummies or knock off of the dummies series. It had some good stuff in it.
You kind of have to piece things together. It can seem daunting when you dont know where to start.
Im thinking the key maybe is to research one fish type at a time and learn how to catch each one. Learn what time to catch them, what bait, wjere to catch etc. Then move on the the next fish.
Thats my plan anyways. It can be discouraging when you cast out over and over and get nothing. Then you go back home amd watch videos like this and their like catching every cast. Then to alost make you feel even worse their like, "We're going ro throw this one back" like its not worthy of their skills lol! It makes you feel like you suck even more lol!

My best bass fishing has been on a nightcrawler and sinker just dredging the bottom.

Sometimes a simple split shot and night crawler works better than anything. It's the universal rig.
