    The third one actually looks pretty stylish. Wouldn't mind going out on the streets with that. Definitely gonna give it a try.
    Love your videos and tips guys. Keep them comming.

    For the longest time, I wondered if a t-shirt could absorb as much water as a towel, and then I remembered how soaked the shoulders of my t-shirts get whenever I have wet hair. I am not that bright, sometimes. :)
    Good stuff!

    I’m a metalhead so I just windmill my hair and it’s already half dry. I get the rest with a blow dryer.

    Definitely like the 3rd method the best!! :D One of my friends told me about "Turbie Twist" Microfiber Hair Towels on Amazon, and those are what I have been using. They're basically designed to use the first method you showed, but the towels are specifically cut to be long enough to wrap all your hair up in it.

    Loved the video! But I've got a pretty serious question. I'm starting to a LOT more hair fall after shampooing!! I think my hair is thinning out real quick for some reason. Is it time for the cut? Or is there a way I can try to salvage it. Already doing weekly/biweekly coconut oil masks, no hair dryer, wash+shampoo+condition every other day (oily hair type). It's been about a year and 3 months of growth now.... I'd rather not cut it but I'd rather have short hair than be bald. Could really use some advice, fellow longhairs :/

      Sonne Bajwa I used hemp shampoo and conditioner for my thin hair. It seemed to make it stronger, and it was light. I also began using volumizing shampoo and conditioner and it also helps with giving the illusion of thicker hair.

    I have thick hair. and when it's fresh out of the shower it just too damn puffy and clean. what should I use to fix that problem?

    • @TheLonghairs
      @TheLonghairs  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Have you ever tried leaving in your conditioner?

    • @russelljennings2778

      Yes I actually use that Everytime I get out of the shower. Bit doesn't seem to help

      I have the same type of hair. I recently switched to a "neutral" shampoo, which is apparently aimed at people with sensitive scalps. It leaves my hair a little bit more oily and they do not puff as much after the shower.

    Twisting will damage your wet hair. Instead of twisting, just squish it with a towel and just wrap it around the head.

    ok makes sense to dry this way ....how about a vid on a way to wash long hair

  • @sopraltenass13

    I usually just put on the tshirt. Then remove it almost all the way, stopping before its all the way off my head. The hair is effectively left in ghe shirt void. I give it a light twist and tie it atop my head.

    Guys.... I'm having a MAJOR problem with breakage... like... fist fulls of hair!! I'm in a bit of a panic... not sure why it's happening. It started after I went on Vaca down south. Could it be sun damaged?? Any advice would be amazing.

    hey man, awesome videos =)
    do you have any or know of any styles that'll work with a cap? I just got this job at a restaurant and they told me my longhair might be a problem cause of hairs possibly getting in food. they told me my hair had to fit under my work cap or be put up in a way where no-one notices it. my bosses are hinting alot at cutting it but I told them it ain't happening and that I'll find a way to wear it up in a nice style and I'll even wear hair nets. I need something that's easy for me to do cause I almost never fix my hair up. I just keep it in a man-tail or let it hang free. I don't even braid my own hair since I suck at it, I get it braided by some girls I know. so it'd be nice to find a style that works for my job and is easy for me. I have long, thick , curly, frizzy hair and it's a pain in the ass to try and braid it myself cause I always mess up. please help me out here man

      Use better shampoo & conditioner, go to a professional hair salon and buy the good stuff they sell, or order it from the web site of this chanel , stop using shampoo and conditioner u bought at the drug store or grocery store

    guys I need some advice.. as of now, my fringe is approximately the same length as the back part of my head but it's also at the stage where my back has almost touched shoulder length hair.. that means my fringe looks substantially shorter in comparison to it when I wear my hair down although it really isn't. What should I do about it? how often do u guys get trims?

    • @TheLonghairs
      @TheLonghairs  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +raishin333 when you say fringe where specifically are you talking? I'm thinking like around the ears and back of neck, is that what you mean? I trim it once every 3 months.

    Didn't work well for me. It kind of modeled my hair in a undesirable way making the front all sticking up. lol Besides... Two hours later it was still pretty wet but the weir sticking up front lasted until I washed it again.
