This is very helpful, since I am planning on marrying a queen from Kenya and it would establish a proper means of communication between me and her parents🙏
@@TopFiveAfrican I'm a volunteer for the CREATIVE SOCIETY international project. Right now a worldwide online conference “Global Crisis. Time for the Truth", which will be held on December 4, 2021, is being prepared. The objective of the conference is to inform humankind honestly and truthfully about the scale of the climate and environmental crises, about the impending threats, and the real way out. This event is entirely organized by volunteers from 180 countries around the world. The live broadcast of it will be simultaneously interpreted into 100 languages and broadcast onto thousands of media platforms. Due to this fact assistance with translation (written and simultaneous) into Luo language or any other language is greatly needed. Hetep, greetings, I have some questions: Are the Berta or Bertha people of Sudan Lou? Is there language Luo or related to Luo? *What would the name or word Berta or Bertha mean in Luo? * What is Luo words for "of" and "be"?
Mag. This is used instances where one is referring to things or articles of whoever, whatever, etc. However, when we have singularity for example Albert's dog 'Mar' is used. Guok mar Albert (literally, the dog of Albert).
Hello Malcolm. Can you check if the spelling of that word is correct. I personally haven't heard of that word before. Ber' is beauty or impressive Berna' would be 'impressive to me' Berte' would be ' all are ipressive'
@@TopFiveAfrican okay thanks that piece of info was very help. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berta_people Now according to wikipedia it is also a Funj word and ethnic group. In addition to this although currently I can not find the website I was lead to believe Berta and or Bertha is original a Luo word that is associated with land.

Exactly. Musawa is another general greeting. It's answer is ber Ahinya. 'Ichiew nade' is to ask 'Have you woken up well'
This is so helpful! Thank you!!
As always.
