He was a huge underdog in that fight. yet he went out there and won 4 1/2 half rounds and landed more strikes on silva than silva's last 12 oppenents COMBINED. This whole middleweight debacle is driving me CRAZY! The fight was disappionting on both sides. First, that Silva came into the fight with an injured rib and second Chael didn't fight Silva with his own physcial ability. Although I think the punishment Chael is getting is more than enough, I wish his suspension was shorter so Chael and Silva could fight with no PED's or injured body parts and we would finally put this to rest.

I think it was a good fight and people should give Sonnen the respect he just earned from that fight and Anderson Silva the respect he should have. I didn't see any fixed fight or playing around or anything of the sort. But with any big fight with one of the top fighters in the world versus a trash-talking challenger and the fight goes like it did, there is always gonna be these excuses which I don't think there is any need because they both should get their props for a great fight.

I think it was a good fight and people should give Sonnen the respect he just earned from that fight and Anderson Silva the respect he should have. I didn't see any fixed fight or playing around or anything of the sort. But with any big fight with one of the top fighters in the world versus a trash-talking challenger and the fight goes like it did, there is always gonna be these excuses which I don't think there is any need because they both should get their props for a great fight.

Sonnen has some loyal fans. Not only did he lose after so much talk, he now shows up postive on a UA. Still, his fans defend him. Personally, I think Sonnen is a clown. I see so much talk against Silva, I guess because he clowned around in the ring during a couple of fights, but I don't see how anybody can say what Sonnen does is any better.

what matters is the result, because silva is now 27 - 4 and sonnen just got another lost in his cartel.
