While this was a fun little project I don't think I would recommend this (even the new one with the 1 extra model) unless you are planning on going all in on Stormcast Eternals and want them painted exactly like this. Especially since they have a better introductory set for the Skaven that comes with Paints+Models+Handbook+Playmat for $80.
I'm not familiar with AoS so not even sure if the Spearhead pack you can get for Stormcast is good or not narrative play or otherwise...some of them look cool though...

Painting was nice to see; though you def need to improve the camera work a bit...so much work blocked out by your hand...also maybe I missed it but when did you apply the texture?
A higher angle will probably help solve a lot of these issues for next time.
