Great guide dude thanks for mencioning alternatives for us who dont like buying boes or leveling professions im not into raiding but i like gearing my characters at best i can with dungeons and reps
What would you recommend as a 1st purchase with Valor points? Assuming no BoEs I've heard the DPS tier legs are a huge upgrade and then go for tank 4 piece with helm/chest/shoulder/gloves - any thoughts?
What's up dude! I'm super interested in the parse video you mentioned, please come out with that soon lol. I'm a prot pally main, switching to Blood for cata. Parsing // Adjusting gear for each boss encounter to min-max my damage whilst surviving is what makes the game fun for me. Bummed they're just giving us free crit immunity now, I liked using resil and defense to make insane parse sets, hopefully we can do something similar in cata. Really appreciate your channel, keep up the good shit.
Thanks, bud! I feel like the removal of needing crit cap is a bit of a kiss and a curse, but overall a positive thing IMO. The new balance act for parsing will be trading mastery for offense, which will be pretty fun to figure out where to land on the balancing scale once we're comfortable with the raid.
Hello, do you also have a SV hunter guide that is up to date or can you recommend one? Your sod hunter guides were great and really easy to understand, thank you for that
Hey bud-- In non-SOD I'm pretty much a tank player through and through, hehe, so no plans for it atm. I enjoyed the hunter in original cata, and who knows, perhaps I'll have enough time to get a hunter going in this expansion, but unfortunately no guides before or during the launch of Cata.
Thanks bud! Yeah I'd say that's the way to go. LW and BS offers slightly more value once you no longer need the trinket, so you'll have to ask yourself whether or not you want to profession swap in the expansion, and if not, does the trinket justify the small loss from not going LW or BS.
Hey! will you upload a talent and rotation guide for pre-patch Blood dk? Also when is the lvl 85 talent and rotation guide coming? really looking for a DPS min-max guide but cant find it anywhere
Depends on what your goals are-- during first week progression the avoidance is going to provide more value than hit and expertise, in general. I will say after doing the raids on the PTR and realizing it's in a nerfed state, we could probably get away with going for hit and expertise cap.
In Wowhead, archeology items appear "account bind" as well as heirlooms, do I need to have archeology on each of the toons and farm the items separately? Thx for the videos!
Engineering would be the only one I would say is really required. Other than that, if you want stamina, go LW, if you want flexibility and ability to get extra mastery, go BS.
Is it possible to use Mirror of Broken Images AND Impatience of Youth together? I don't want to swap to Alchi just for the trinket. Thanks for the great content!
Yes you can! Just a matter of if you can muster doing enough dailies and battles to get both trinkets for progress since they cost 125 commendations each.
Racials has minimal impact unless the movement from goblin will save you. That being said I'd go for orc over tauren every day; health bonus is small and affect vengeance.
@@ranger4229 the mobility of goblin rocket jump is awesome. the tauren health racial is only off of base health so not as good as a lot of people think it is
It’s pretty much just 2H frost, grip CD reset talent, butchery talent, frost strike, howling blast, and dark succor glyphs, and full mastery. But yeah, might make a video with some DK leveling tactics! ☺️
Since when is Engi BiS for BDK? Isn't Alchemy + BS BiS untill you loot raid trinket and then BS + JWC ? Also Relic of Kaz'goroth can be purschased for Valor Points before raid release, making it pre-raid BiS.
Hey brother Tauren is the best for Tanky but for CATA ANY RACE CAN TANK! If you want higher DPS tankage go for troll for the insane haste buff or orc for more dmg next. If you want still dmg buff but more utility go for GOBlIN
Nice guide, keep em coming :)
Great guide, thanks bro. Glad there's now a working cata gear planner also!
Thanks a lot. Saving this video and links for later. Cata Hype!
Thank you for the video, much appreciated :)

Yes- legs first. If you’re pushing for week 1 hc clear, get relic as well. Otherwise, gloves, then chest, then whatever you’re missing.
Actually, if you don't use the crafted chest, I would go tank chest first, gloves, then dps legs. Hope this didn't come too late, haha!

Need frost & unholy guide like this 😮
Definitely frost! Will see if I can make unholy happen :D
Please
were you planning on making a paladin guide?
Hoping to make one before the release of the raid tier, but may not have enough time
is pre-bis for phase two any different?
Ive seen many videos saying to replace expertise during prog. How advantageous is expertise when you have stuff on farm
Can you please list the gems we should be using.
Awesome video! So you’d be suggesting engi+alch as professions?
Thanks bud! Yeah I'd say that's the way to go. LW and BS offers slightly more value once you no longer need the trinket, so you'll have to ask yourself whether or not you want to profession swap in the expansion, and if not, does the trinket justify the small loss from not going LW or BS.

So what professions for tank parsing as DK?
Can you please let me know what nameplate addon and buff above the nameplate addon you are using? If possible share the profile.
Using Plater. On the Beta I'm using ahlaundoh's profile which you can import if you download the addon.
You can guarantee Zinrok discovery now right?
The pre-bis and beefy bis lacks a lot of hit and expertise, could that be an issue?

One is enough and then you can send the items between characters as much as you’d like! (Raid on DK, send to Ret pally for heroics, for example) ☺️
@@RiyaniwowNice, tyvm!
what is the best race for a horde blood dk? i keep seeing goblin and orc but idk which one i should go
Goblin for mobility, orc for damage :)
What professions will be required?
Engineering would be the only one I would say is really required. Other than that, if you want stamina, go LW, if you want flexibility and ability to get extra mastery, go BS.
@@Riyaniwow Thanks! Goblin or gnomish?

Dodge or Parry?
you know where can I find Prepatch bis ? like for warriors for example. they lose Armor Penetration .
Wowhead should be coming out with pre-bis guides today or tomorrow (according to a guide writer I talked to)
is your ranged dps tier list on the way? thanks for the vids!
Next week hopefully!
Yo why Orc and not taruen?
Racials has minimal impact unless the movement from goblin will save you. That being said I'd go for orc over tauren every day; health bonus is small and affect vengeance.
Why is Engineering a good tank proffession isnt the mastery boost of Blacksmith and jewelcrafting better?
noob question here: is goblin race a good choice for DK tank in cata? What are the BIS professions? (JC and Engi?)
Yeah Goblin is BIS imo, but personally hate the animations so sticking to orc. Engi + alch before getting BIS trinkets, then engi + bs or LW imo.

Can you make a video explaining the leveling 80-85 with oracle trinket and spec

You misspelled "Balanced"
Could you do this for survival hunter/ other classes or specs? That'd be amazing! Love this type of content btw, keep it up!
Can you make a vid like this for frost, its not as good as unholy but more fun and less clunky, imho
You also do Unholy Guide/ Videos ?
Most likely won't be making a full-fledged UH guide (maybe) but will possibly make a gearing guide like this before launch.
rogue next? :0
Please next time if you show items, show them with icons! It's easier to remember
Bis race for horde blood dk ?
Tauren as a tank
@@Ferallordd Absolutely not. You gain maybe a few hundred extra health. Rocket jump from goblins adds far more value.
ranged dps tier list when ?

Can u give racial rankings?
