What kind of bobbins and needles do they use ,so it doesn't automatic fill in the bobbin .you are the only one with this model of sewing machine anything I'll look up here in u tube for ur answers, thank you

I have this machine and no matter what I do, I can't adjust the tension correctly--there is always a huge mass of thread on the bottom of the fabrice after sewing, no matter what I do. Any thoughts?
