The rich are taxed to ensure facilities to the poor...... and it is the duty of the state to provide housing to poor.... where is public housing in Mumbai???? and if the poor decide to build their own shelter, you should in fact scream in the other direction to the government and ask for proper development for the poor, not question their right to the city
