We have been taught so much to belive in authorities, it's been pounded into our heads for many generations, to look to someone else for answers, to look for everything on the outside, that we are blind to even knowing the possibility that we are able to know ourselves. We're ignorant of our own ignorance. Ancient cultures knew things we did not know, it got mostly lost a long the way, and Sadhguru is helping us to lift the veil.

Each time ive ended up in tears because you help me understand and help realise the true essence of life, but! today after watching this video it was a deep dive into myself and I discovered myself reading a list of questions like i had written it one a piece of paper maybe a few years back it seems like.
I am a scared now seeing myself in that situation where i have to answer these questions but those are questions which i do not have answers too.
I am completely shocked and stunned to know that there was something like this hidden inside for years together but due the act of sensational experience of the things around me i kept neglecting and avoiding myself.
