Anyone no if u can put this black tar sealer over 21aa in a driveway with out putting rock over top of it looking for something cheap to do over my driveway to kinda seal it up so iam not pushing so much rock in the winter time anyone no if it will hardin up or will it always stay wet and not seal?
How so, are you familiar with chip and seal roads? Only problem I know of with C&S is at higher speeds. That place looks like the kinda spot you want folks driving slow.

Based on how poorly the tar driver cut the corner, followed by the equally inept pass by the aggregate applier, one gets the impression the last few seconds of this video were shot to make sure no one else was watching. Just sayin.
This chip and seal shit is a half ass way to be that should be against the law because it does more damage to your vehicle and chips and scratchs your paint on your car and ruining your car and it gains nothing of paving a road
