Made me cry, I had to give up my amazing Appaloosa when I was a young adult because of my finances, but sadly I was unable to find him in time. He developed cancer in his eye and was put down sometime during his teens. I am glad to see that this beautiful mare is able to live on through her foals.
I had a mare that developed cancer in her right eye due to a mesquite thorn, but I took her to Texas A&M and they did surgery and chemo and got it all. She lived a long time.

Not Secretariat! When he was a baby He by no means gave any clue he was a runner! It was just the opposite LOL During his first year, He spent majority of his pasture turn out time laying flat out on the grass, sound asleep. They began to believe something might be wrong with him. It was not until his autopsy revealed his heart was almost 3x the size of a normal thoroughbred’s heart. Than they understood why he slept all the time as a youngster. True story.

Yeah Click Bait. Trying to bill it as a horse birthing unheard of triplets. When in reality it's three separate horses, having one foal each. But they really need to correct their presentation of this article.
