You should be able to just pull it. If it broke, remove the battery door with a screwdriver
Brian Fediuk no.. There's no problem with the battery door. I can open it just fine.its just that I can't remove the plastic film under the battery. It just wouldn't budge. It seems to be stuck. Should I just return it and ask for another one?
Bess Dip might need to get a tub of elbow grease from the store that’ll help get it open.
