    In this video I take you through a super quick 4-minute HIIT workout you can do from a park, the gym, or even in the comfort of your own home to help you lose weight or tone up! It's going to be 4 exercises done for 25 seconds on with a 5 second rest. You'll repeat each exercise twice to equal the full 4 minutes.

    Oh man I'm just starting these workouts and eating for my body type. This is the longest 4 minutes of my life. I both hate it and love it at the same time. Man I feel this from my head to my toes for real!!!

    I couldn't finish the end of the first one. Had to take a breather but I finished the end on the second one. Day 1 done. And I feel great about it 😊

    Super duper I like the short min workouts because there is consistency to keep going and segmented to a tee to go on to the next movement. On my way to do this!!!! I love how you look so I need to reach the goal too love how I look;-)

    I did this for a total of 90 minutes weekly for 3 months and I lost 5 kg without skipping meals and even indulging in the weekly cheat meals of waffles and chocolate cake

      @Cyber Outrage it'll take a little longer for your body to start burning belly fat, but you definitely will start to as long as you are in a calorie deficit (10-20% less than recommended daily intake for you). It could take up to 5 months or longer to see results in belly fat, but stick with it!

    I rlly wish I could try the Fat Loss Extreme Program and a bunch of other ones too, but I’m only 14 yrs old. I know my mom very well and she prolly won’t let me. I saw a video about the top 3 fat destroyers. I actually did take notes on it. Even tho I’m not able to get the Fat Loss Extreme Program or get in shape, thank u. I’ll see if I can do this on my own.

      You can do any schedule that works great for you :)
      Dial in your nutrition as that will be most important for weight loss.

    Hi V Shred, I'd like to know if there's something wrong that I've been doing lately. In fact, I've been doing the One Punch Man challenge for a week now, but I do half of the cardio in the marning and the rest after my exercises because doing cardio in the morning helps me to lose fat. Before that, I used to do 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups and 50 squats and a 20-30 minute cardio on a bike every morning after waking up and after my diner(I did this for 4 months) . As you can guess, I saw a big change in two weeks: I lost 15 pounds and changed the way I eat. But now, I see no difference and as I keep training hard I see nothing evolving. What I'm looking forward too are my abdominal and pectoral muscles. Sure, I'm just 16 and I weight 137 pounds right now, but I hoped that you could tell me what I could do, not to do or change in my workout to see a difference.

      @@CIElAA8801 It takes about 2-3 months or maybe more or less. I am begging you to not trust and believe in influencer that guarantees you to lose 10kg in less than a month. As I believed in them before,.. which destroys millions minds around the world cus people believe in their fake evidence and "proofs". That is why I am telling you not to stress over time or think that it is too long. It always depends on person to person, and u might get faster and better results than mine. Time flys fast and you will see the results. Just make a suitable plan and I recommend you to workout 4-5 times a week, between 1 to 2 hours. I recommend 1 hour which will give you the results, but more than 2 hours will be too much and damaging. Hope it helps.

    I cannot do the mountain climber at all. Too weak and have a torn rotator so going to put a pin in that one until I get better core strength. And at least a little bicep muscle to keep the strain off my rotator. I like the other ones. Going to switch over to an ab one for today to burn my oatmeal flax raisins and cream. Today day 1 of my start towards losing 65 pounds. That will put me at 160 at 5'7". Going to sign up for customized program tomorrow.

    Please add the level of difficulty with our workouts. They are great but for beginners I think it would be a little disheartening when they figure out they cant make it through a 4 min workout not realizing who it is designed for. But I Loveeee the challenge!

      Hi, it's different for everyone some people like to workout on an empty stomach, while others a snack others after a meal. Play around and see what works best for you.

      Jump squats works great! Jump lunges are good too! Anything jumping even jumping jacks would work very efficiently to get that heart rate up!

      Arun Varshan after! you don’t wanna where yourself out and do poor on your workout, and hiit is so short that you can push yourself extra hard and get results withought having to do long boring cardio

    I am worried about this he says anyone can do this but he is in tip top shape and sweating his butt off and breathing heavy. So how can me out of shape accomplish this? This is so similar to cardio to me, allot of jumping and balancing just don't think this is good for beginners at all. Can you post something for beginners also?
