Great list. I totally am with you on the top two and the survey results show how those will be long-time legends. I’d call them Grails for me, but I doubt I’ll ever pay those resell prices. But like art in museums, I just love that they exist and that I might be able to see them occasionally. Thanks for the great year of content and for the acknowledgments/responses. In a year with limited in-person interactions, you and a couple of other TH-camrs were like new friends that provided some comfort (and style) in 2020.
Imo, my fav pickup and a shos that u reviewed as well were the Paris 1 lows. Super underrated and I was fortunate to pick em up before prices soared to 500 plus.
100K? You should be at 1 million! I agree with #1. That CW is just really nice. I don't necessarily disagree with the rest of the list, but there are too many Dunks on the list. Also not sure if the AF1 will explode in popularity, but I have definitely found a new appreciation for them in 2020. I think I bought around 6 pairs this year... and giving a long hard look at the AF1 low Gore-Tex that have a similar CW to the OW AJ4 Sail, but with a gum sole.

Love the diversity on the list! I personally say the 992 is the second most important model of the year after the dunks of course. Glad to see a great diverse year in sneakers!
I like how he doesn’t do the overly loud intro trying to be cool. And I love he doesn’t do the dumb hand movements that every other shoe tuber does. It’s always a clean format. Straight to the point. And a crystal clear on foot.
Personally I think vans killed the Collabs this year with the classic WTAPS and simpsons collab. But new balance has been killing it as of late, specially the 997S has such interesting colorways that are for everyone. But I have to go for the Jordan 1 CP Japan both the sliver and the navy, severely underrated and I think the shoes are a nice addition and a better one than the mocha’s cause the laces, the look is very unique and will look better with age
I copped the FnF FoG Raids this past week when the news dropped that Jerry was going to Adidas. Had to have them before prices go insane, and I'm so so so glad I got them. Immediately shot up to my favorite cop of the whole year. Immaculate shoe.
As for the top 20 list itself, it’s hard to argue. I rarely dislike sneakers but not a fan of the Union 4s. They are too funky for my taste. Loved all the OG re releases this year, esp the Air Max 3/90s. The Off White/Jordan collabs were incredible also. Sooo many Dunks that were amazing. My sneaker of the year: Travis Scott dunks. Runner up: Community Garden dunks. I feel like those were slept on heavy.
Personally I would've put Civilist and Lost at Sea dunks in the top 10. Love your videos Sean. May 2021 bring us more of your insightful reviews, and Happy New Year in advance!
I love your #1 pick. I think those are going to be a future classic for sure. Otherwise I'd rank your 11-20 > 2-10 (though the SWs are a hard pass for me). The sashiko 4s and Denham AM1s would have made my list of top sneakers, even though I wasn't able to cop, though most of my top pickups this year were of shoes that came out before 2020.

I love my Casablancas 327s and my ALD 550s. Travis’s dunks in my opinion one of the best dunks ever(didn’t touch). Sean cliver is also really nice(also didn’t touch). Overall the list was accurate and showed contrast. I work with sneakers everyday and I forgot about some of these came out this past year. I’m just looking forward to a white cement 4 retro and that will be enough for me.
Both Union 4s and the Black Off-White 5s are pretty mediocre shoes to me. Other than those, I think your list is pretty solid. Been an amazing year for Dunks and NB! Even though it's been a crazy year, the sneaker releases this year did not disappoint!

I really like the list overall! I wouldn't have included the Chicago SBs, Fire Red 4s, Kith AF1, or any Air Maxes in my list though. I agree with what you said about the Gel Lyte 3. So many great pairs like the Monozukuri Pack, Pearl, Wothwerspoon, and the Palette Pack
