We boarded the day they got off (last Monday), I was hoping we'd see them onboard! What did they think of thst room? We used to love booking Central Park but this ship has the pool music turned up so loud that you really can't enjoy the balcony unless at night. Glad we decided to spring for Oceanview Balcony!

Probably a stupid question, but were you a competitive figure skater before signing up for cruises? My daughter was a competitive figure skater for years, I think she would have loved to do what you’re doing and seeing the world. She doesn’t skate any longer because of knee injury.
I also have two parents who are still together + a goofball dad so this content is so heartwarming. It's such a privilege to have a close relationship with your parents. My parents also supported me 100% when I was traveling in my 20's (in my case, I took overseas contracts teaching English), and it makes a huge difference. I'm glad you enjoyed the family time!
