America became imperialist and pan-Americanism started from 1850 - to 1945.
China became imperialist and aggressor after 1945. Due to expansionism , China became enemy with all its neighbours. It still continues its aggression.

Why people keep bringing up Brahmaputra!!. It is not a water flow issue, as only 20% of the water that feed into the river comes from Tibet, rest originate from India itself. So if China even diverts 50% of the water, the flow will only go down 10% overall. The real issue is where they intend to build these hydropower dams. Himalaya grows every year, any one who been there will find mountains are mostly broken up/crushed stones, because of the geological forces actively involved. So dams there facing a catastrophe is not if/ but when if it is built to hold water instead of merely diverting it for hydropower. And these dams are at 4 KMS high with then drops by 2-3 kms in elevation. Any dam break from such elevation is not just going to wash out the plains of India. But one with break the consequent chain of dams that china is building.

Jaishankar is clown. China have already offered since 1962 AD that China keeps whatever they control & India keeps whatevwr they control but India refused it. In Simla Convention, British planted a puppet, 13th Dalai lama who tried to hamper Priest patron relationship which Tibet had with China & also tried to occupy lands historically ruled by Panchen Lama, Mongol Lama & Gelug Lama. Mongol Lama went to Taiwan & died; Dalai continued to become headache. No British drawn line shall be accepted by China & solid border must be made where both sides keep whatever amount of land they control. Indian must remember that China's Dalai problem is no different than India's kashmir or North East or khalistan problem.
