Both homes are really nice.
I like the second one with the wood trim
I always like brick, and I prefer the second property. In big rooms (such as in this brick bungalow), I like the natural wood trim - but in a small place (like what I have now), I like the trim painted white. Not fond of the different kinds of flooring in the basement of the brick bungalow, though - but it's basically an unfinished basement that has been spruced up a bit (which is fine). If I had the money and could pay the taxes, I'd pick the second one. I always enjoy your videos, Rob! You make me want to move to Chicagoland!
Oak Park has super high taxes and those old houses are way to expensive. 800k is CRAZY!
I like natural wood in houses. Mine is painted white, i hate it! The wood underneath looks so pretty.
I like the 2nd house except that small bathroom, the 1st house large bedroom was big enough to have a bathroom installed
Hey Rob 😊
The kitchen on the first home is too small for that size of a house. That basement bathroom is weird but I guess I can wash a load while I drop a load Otherwise it’s ok
😂
799,00 you got to be kidding me
Natural
I LIKE THE FIRST HOUSE, BUT IT'S JUST TO BIG. AND THE PRICE WAY TOO MUCH. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE RANCH STYLES HOMES, WITHOUT THE UPSTAIRS!
On that first house Id get rid of one of those upstairs bedrooms so I can have an attached NICE bathroom on the primary.
ok am I the only one who noticed @ 16:38 that the basement door was opening on its own before he even got to it, and he was just upstairs for a few mins.....
Yep, that absolutely happened! Creeped me out for a second but no one else was there lol

$800K for a home near the Chicago area with no master suite, no open concept, and low ceiling heights is nasty work!
People in LA like gimme 2 of em!
Indeed grossly overpriced
The enclosed front porch is just a weird concept to me. Stain glass windows are creepy to me, what kitchen? Basement shower was a no for me, kitchen too small 800k, no way
Hello the first house why would mix up the kitchen cabinets really
I prefer brick and I think the price is perfect
