- In a landmark ruling, the Supreme Court says former President Donald Trump has some level of immunity from federal prosecution. It is one of the last major and controversial cases the high court decided as its term comes to an end.

Essentially it says that the president doesn’t have complete immunity, but the it puts so many roadblocks in place that makes it almost impossible to hold him accountable.
We need a new Court.
We need to ERADICATE the "supreme" court, it has become too corrupted and useless to fix!
The argument by the Biden administration was immunity was unnecessary because we could trust the integrity of the system. There is still a mechanism to hold a president accountable criminally for official acts, he must be impeached and convicted by congress, he then loses immunity protection. If we can trust the integrity of the justice system then we can trust the integrity of congress. We can also trust the integrity of the Supreme Court. The example of ordering seal team six to assassinate a political rival is absurd. First no military commander would follow such an unlawful order. Second the American people would be so outraged that congress would have to impeach and convict, thus making him open to prosecution.
