Apricot is my all-time favourite jam. I haven't made jam before. You encourage and give confidence when you cook or bake, which I haven't seen any other chef do. This looks like a delicious jam. I am not a jam maker nor am I a canner. I am not that sophistocated as a cook. But I loved watching this.
Its is a nice Jam not too complicated to make. I had to make some I need it to go on my Christmas cake when Ice it. Best, Rik
