A drive along the stunning Purbeck Line BR (S) 1950's route from Golden Age Developments. This freeware route recreates the line from Wareham to Swanage as it was in the mid 1950's,a superb reminder of a steam era branch line in Dorset.

Very nice job, Train Sim TV. Isn't this a terrific route for the period SR enthusiast? Even the list of requirements seems reasonable, I'd say! GAD has been very supportive, as well, in my case.

The buses should be a lighter green, with "Hants & Dorset" emblazoned in cream lettering, along both sides.

Southern Region did not use the same headcodes as the rest of BR. S R headcodes showed the route not the class of the train.
That, Incidentally, is why S R locos had an extra 2 lamp irons.
