I am neither. I don't believe in that "team" concept with brand. But I really do want LG to succeed. They have been so underrated for so long. They have been the first to bring up concept that other manufacturers is doing now. But I do really like this duel screen. If the camera quality is the same for both phones, then I rather the LG V60 over the the s20 ultra due to pricing.

I can say thanks for all the early adopters of Bluetooth, that there may be future of truly high quality, lossless Bluetooth music. Currently, though, all but very-very-few of Bluetooth offerings are without significant quality drop, compared to even the most cheap built-in DAC's.

@@mistamaog probably. Personally don't care much about the high refresh screen. Battery is definitely important. Expandable storage. Oled screen. For me an IR blaster is something I actually use quite a lot (coming from an old Mate) and that pretty much narrowed it down to the P30 Pro, so that's what I have. Great phone. But I do miss the jack quite often =/ OnePlus is good, but they betrayed their user base with the promise of affordable flagship slayers. Their phones now sell for flagship prices. Pretty lame.

Yeah I know what you mean about OnePlus. Even though their pricing is higher, the 7 Pro did feel like a no compromise flagship (aside from no wireless charging) and starting price was under $700. But the lack of a headphone jack was a deal breaker to me, plus no wireless charging, which has saved my S9+ with it's worn charging port.

I disagree there is no reason for me to switch to LG they are insignificant as always when it comes to smartphones. They make many stupid choices to justify a single ok choice. Like reducing display resolution, switching back to LCD, but they keep the headphone jack? Fuck that who cares about the jack I have Bluetooth headphones it’s 2020 like most people should have them. Then again I’ve come to realize people will bitch about anything if a company removes it. Like people still whine about the IR blaster from phones of 2013 like please.

Saying the phone now needs to have 12gb of ram? ah yes, feels like it was yesterday when people were complaining about have 4gb of ram

HasTe people think the phone needs 12gb of ram meanwhile 8gb of ram on a fairly capable computer is more than enough unless your into intensive games. The irony

8gb of ram is tons...12gb and pay more for 16gb...why? That's why samsung phones are so expensive. 8k screens on phones that are only 6.9", sorry, 1080p is fine for that. I have a 70" flat screen that I have all those specs on. Probably less than samsungs phones too...lol

Moved on too, using Ultra cheap 20 dollar xiaomi airdots now, so happy with them, I use a wired grado once in awhile on the laptop, but airdots most of the time. So easy to just walk around with wireless, been using jaybird, sony, audiotechnica, plantronic, jabra wireless for as long as I can remember.
When I had to use wires on the bus, reminded of how much I hate wires on the move, and when the cable is old, sound cuts out on one side sometimes, what's the point. Certainly don't miss my old seinheisser, shure, etymotic, koss, sony, panasonic wired. The same way as as I don't miss my lan cable.

The headphone jack is priceless, very very important

@@minttt_ You're absolutely right to think this way, I believe one's view is subjective. Needless to tell you that the sound quality of a wired headphone CAN'T be compared to a wireless headphone. Wired headphones are light years ahead, I believe manufacturers should give customers the opportunity to decide for themselves.

Actually, the "Sound Bokeh" feature was on the V20 too - and it was great for those of us creating videos for public consumption. So glad that feature, which disappeared with the V30 is back. I stream Tidal from my LG Phone through my NAD receiver and that MQA-compatible Quad DAC is the key to audiophile-quality sound without spending several hundred dollars to have an outboard DAC hanging off a tablet that is feeding into my receiver. So, I guess that puts me pretty firmly into the LG camp.

The camera array looks more like the V40 not Samsung.

    • @Nick_in_the_6ix

The s10 design is borrowed from LG V40. LG has been consistent with their design since V30.

@@minttt_ Then it is quite safe to say samsung borrowed the pill design from Lg g6 which came months before samsung note 8. Kindly do this research.
