Female here...Kalemat is one of my absolute favourite fragrances. You’ll be pleased to know that you have an original formulation bottle (it’s to do with how the outer box opens from the middle). I have a back-up of that one and wouldn’t want to run out (I’m always looking out for an OG bottle). It’s just unique with its blueberry and rosemary notes. My other favourite Middle Eastern cheapies are Louis Cardin Sacred, Al Haramain amber Oud tobacco edition, al haramain and al rehab oils/attar. Please review Raghba and Raghba Wood Intense. Enjoyed this video, more Middle Eastern fragrances please.
I am female and absolutely love Club Black. I will wear it but I would LOVE to smell it on a man! I also love Ameer Al Oudh, I can't resist smoky and sweet scents. If you haven't already tried it, I think Ajwad from Lattafa is amazing. I paid around $20 for it and I can't get over how gorgeous it is (also strong and long lasting). Thank you for this great video, I really enjoyed it!
I love Mercedes Benz Club Black and have gone through an entire bottle in under a year. Amazing vanilla scent with enough spice to keep it interesting. Benzoin amplifies the vanilla, yet also helps to lighten the oriental composition. Excellent value.
@@mutleyjunior5790 Lolita Lempicka Green Lover, another cheapie, only because my other bottle is a 50ml and I was using it fast! I'll probably rebuy a few other fragrances down the line but I'm in no rush for any other backups just yet
For all that is holy in the realm of fragrances, if you haven't yet tried it, you need to get your hands on Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Abyad. It's a fresh resin and incense bomb. Really beautiful stuff. People compare it alot to Amouage Interlude Man which I haven't tried so can't comment on myself. However Abyad stands out on its own as a wonderful fragrance of that category. 100% recommend.
Awesome vid Sebastian 👍 Ameer al. Oudh is a monster frag... Very suit n tie... Price is unbelievably low compared to the quality. Kalemat and kalemat black are awesome too.
I own and enjoy all five of these !!! One of my favorite purchases this year.......Lattafa- Adeeb. Green/aromatic/fresh zingy spicy-ish. LOVE. Also...kinda unique..IMO...Royal Voyage- Dracula. Juice does not fit the name IMO...lol...again, green/aromatic....hard to explain fully...but...I really really like it !!
@@marlonious7650 Found 3 of their scents on fragrancenet...got all 3. They had Dracula, The Pope's Daughter (kinda like Le Lebo Santal 33..but weaker) and The Conqueruer which is sweet and leans more feminine..IMO...still trying to figure out what it reminds me of.
I have Ameer Al Oudh and Qaa'ed, I find Ammer in the vein of Sultan from Royal Crown, not identical but in the same space. Yes Qaa'ed in the dry down at least on my skin is very similar to Interlude, not an exact copy but very close. I never pull the trigger on MB Club Black, yes I also like the bottle, but there are a lot of things that I want first, haven't tried any of the others. Recommendations? Mamba and Soleil de Jeddah from Stephane Humbert Lucas, the new collection is also very good, haven't smelled all but God Of Fire is interesting, Like Baccarat Rouge with Mango - Tamarind, it's fruity sweet-sour, and lasts forever. Thanks for the video Sebastian!!!
I have both and they smell great but what puzzles me is why there's never a perfumers name associated with anything from these middles eastern companies. I'd like to see a few of the bottles submitted to MIT for a biochemical analysis. I have a feeling there would be very little bio and and plenty of chemicals in the results!
Not on your list, but Cremo spice and black vanilla is amazing and lasts for hours. Cremo is very similar to spice bomb extreme but only 20 dollars. In my opinion it is just as good as Mercedes Benz club black I have both and it is great for dates, fall and winter.
I’m a male and vanilla is my favorite note, I know that’s a rarity. Club black is lovely and a great alternative to SDV. It’s beautiful in its simplicity, if you need that complexity you’ll be disappointed. Very smooth slightly boozy Smokey vanilla.
Hello yes! Well Patchouli #1 favorite note and Vanilla #2 favorite note. I can't get enough vanilla! Can you figure I have a sweet tooth? I really do! ;)
Shaghaf oud is very long lasting, like it survives over a warm bath on the skin, for this reason I never wear it on the skin cause it’s impossible to change it and it lasts more than 24h as a skin scent on my skin… probably about 36…! I don’t smell enough rose for my liking, it’s mostly about sugared chocolatey oud and saffron (mostly in the first hours). 😘
Wow, so much love for MB Club Black from everyone! Just ordered a bottle for $50 from Amazon. Been on a vanilla kick lately thanks to quite a few of your videos, and been super addicted to Cuir de Nuit. Thanks Sebastian!
@@jafaralmusawi8680 it’s delicious! It’s strong on the bensoin and vanilla. At first I thought maybe a bit more bensoin than I’d like but I’ve grown to dig it and wore it for 3 days in a row. Pretty loud and layers well with others too. It’s a win in my book. 👍🏽
Hello Sebastian, I've always been a fan of yours.. Love to see u covering Middle Eastern brands. I got Ameer Al Oudh Intense and MB Club Black and I love them both. The Amber Xtreme in the Lattafa gets to be a little much if you don't spray it for a while. Headache inducing actually. Outlasts anything you layer on it for sure. Qaa'ed a little easy to layer especially with gourmands. Big fan of Haramain's Floral Sculpture and Solitaire too! ❤
Could not have experienced those fragrances more oppositely regarding BTFP and Ameer al Oud! Huge opening burned wood note in BTFP, absolutely no smoke at all in Ameer al Oud. There is a strange medicinal synthetic oud in the opening, maybe that's what you're experiencing as smoke like you said 😊 Ameer does start to dry down with something reminiscent of dried wood. Not smoking though to me. Whereas BTFP loses all of its smoke quite rapidly and replaces with smooth creamy nutty sweet. Scents are amazing how they come across to different people!

Great selection here Sebastian. One that is missing is Ragbha Wood Intense by Lataffa. For me it's a really nice woody by the fireplace experience. Super strong and gives you a warm, cosy 'by the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa' in hand type of experience. Definitely recommend checking that one out for an intense woody experience 👍

I am middle eastern and I think Lattafah fragrances are not that good nor luxurious and it's not fair for people to recommend them as alternatives for luxurious fragrances ( maybe a few notes are similar but a true fragrance lover would spot the difference) To me I think they are like Zara perfumes. Cheap low quality dupes - is all. However some people do love them especially individuals with low budgets. I don't hate them. I just don't think they're that great.

Man, By the Fireplace is ALL smoke on my skin! Smells like toasted marshmallows on a tester strip, which I wish I got during a full wear. :(
Goes to show people smell different things or pick up different things from Fragrances! :)
@Theperfumeguy Hi Sebastian , Amouage jubilation is too much earthy to my nose ,what would you recommend to layer with it to reduce the earthy effects? Cheers

I am middle eastern and I think Lattafah fragrances are not that good nor luxurious and it's not fair for people to recommend them as alternatives for luxurious fragrances ( maybe a few notes are similar but a true fragrance lover would spot the difference)
To me I think they are like Zara perfumes. Cheap low quality dupes - is all.
However some people do love them especially individuals with low budgets.
I don't hate them. I just don't think they're that great.
you look so chuffed with the mercedes one
