Beatiful mark 3 iron man, im new to the hobby , where did you buy those display cases for the maul, vader and yoda busts, im looking for something just like that , that will keep dust out.
Reason the lightups require batteries and removal is because routing internal wiring in a multi-part liquid resin cast piece, through the head, body, and base, would require significantly more complicated labor design which increase the cost to the consumer. Would be even less dependable than usual statue lightups. And hey they know they don't need to because people buy them anyways.
I have the SS one on order, just waiting on stock. Was considering the QS as well since it does look great, but think I would be frustrated with the electronics since I'd prefer to have it linked to Alexa rather than having to remove the head or charge the arc reactor.
I thought about it some more and decided to PO the QS one while I still can. Probably will cancel the SS since it keeps getting delayed. Do you think it would be possible to use a battery eliminator to plug in the head?

One quick question for you: Whenever you get a chance, is there any way you could measure the depth of just the base alone for your new Iron Man Mark III bust from Queen Studios? I'm just trying to see if the base itself would fit on a shelf I have, but I haven't seen any specific dimensions for just the base on this piece? BTW--absolutely amazing looking bust--congrats.
Hi, I've received mine today! I've bought a bunch of rechargable batteries for the head lol. Question regarding your arc reactor - Mine only lasts for 3-4h once fully charged because it's so damn intense. What are your experiences with it? Thanks in advance!
Hi there I’d say that is about the same time as mine lasts. Very bright it is I agree. I wish I didn’t need to take the head off to display the eye light up feature. But it’s a brilliant bust

Was quite bummed out to find their earlier-released MK-50 bust is on a plug for every light except the reactor, and that it is a conscious choice to go the battery route. It's a shame we can't tone down the intensity, when the reactor is low on power the dimmed light intensity is perfect, would probably also have been beneficial for the up-time. @@littleaussiecollector6409 That's around 1600€ converted which is a pretty fair price. If you want to have such unique busts in Germany it's extremely expensive, but it's worth every penny in my opinion even though you have to pay extra

Those light-up features are absolutely headscratchers, but outside of that this piece is amazing. The Mark III is by far the best IM suit.
I agree except that the Mk VII is the best armor. ;)

I think the removable light up parts are convenient for fixing once they cannot be lighted up.

The grey under-suit looks like plastic on camera, no metal weathering. How does it look in hand?

Can you do another video with the arc reactor charged so we can see the brightness of it along with the eyes lit up?
It’s very very bright in fact it lights up the whole room. It took about 20-40 mins to charge and has lasted 2 weeks so far

How much did your bust cost?Because mine cost a total of 2050€ here in Germany
My retail in Australia was approx $2300 AUD
