The Amass XT90 connectors are a better connector cause they have a plastic piece that snaps over and protects the exposed soldered ends. It has a factory look when finished. No need to heat shrink the ends. Lipo battery and esc company’s use the same connectors too. They are made of a better plastic that holds up the heat when soldering. Have used cheaper connectors in the past and the pins would melt thru before I was done soldering. Amass also makes different sizes and styles. And affordable on Amazon.

Yep, i have seen those ones. They look nice! But these work too if you don’t get the pin too hot when soldering 👍
I have xt90 now to convert my x maxx but im interested in ic5 connectors maybe maybe not change some time
The downside to IC5 is the cost…. They are a Patented Horizon design and not an open standard.
@@SuperFastRc yup they cost more its best to buy 25 set of both connectors but still cost a lot 😛
