      *Good for you!* 👍❤️
      *If it’s any consolation, many people who are trafficked can be highly educated and intelligent so please know this happens to people who look for those red flags too. Sadly, these people are professionals who prey on our emotions and normal human needs...*
      *Just educating yourself is enough to help and potentially save many others too!* 👍❤️

      My advice for you would be to move into an environment where you have other people/roommates around. Also, have someone who's an accountability friend. Someone you keep in touch with non-stop at regular time frequencies and they know where you're going. Make sure it is a professional. I.E- Someone who you knew before being on your own, example=family. Depending on your level of autism ask professionals for advice. Also, inform local authorities of your situation (if you're concerned) and a local autism group for support. God bless.

    My mother is a bartender and she had a recent interaction with a bar trafficker. I heard everything he said and warned her of the risks. He was trying to talk her into going to Belize. That was the first red flag. After talking to me, she started to see the signs. Also EVERYONE pay attention to your devices at a bar. They try to send themselves your location permanently and delete the message. Always pay attention to who is watching when entering your passcode.

    • @koobyoob
      @koobyoob 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Traffickers usually have an almost “picture perfect” life
      They aren’t seen in public much and they seem to be always working or involved on their phone having people do things for them maybe
      They keep things really cordial and polite but short and they may seem real good until you disagree with them on something, even as a friend of theirs
      Then you’re an “opp” or some bs 💀
      They’re too invested in the idea of making money, not having or attracting money (not everyone who likes to work/make money is a trafficker; im speaking of those who seem to have that as an anthem)
      Hmmmm
      What else can I think of
      they’re never in a relationship and you don’t know why when they seem like such a “good person” (this can apply to someone getting trafficked as well; them not being able to be in an actual long term relationship)
      if a trafficker is seen with the one getting trafficked, it usually appears like one is uncomfortable and the other really doesn’t want to be seen for long
      They don’t have a car
      Or anything that can trace anything back to them like their own address or anything in stone
      Even though they seem to have money
      Hmmm
      they also might tell you all the things you want to hear in a vulnerable position or if they’re overly religious, that’s a red flag
      I saw a comment earlier about recruitment with some groups and it obvious when they ask you what you believe in so they can try to get in your head
      They want to know where you are and when you’ll be for a period of time
      Or control that somehow for you if you’re in a compromised situation

    My anger is unrivaled. Traffickerspiss me off. But I am now paranoid about this dude on Facebook now. Talking for months. He constantly sends selfies and when we hung out for the first time he seems like everything I want in a guy. He wants a long term relationship, not asking me to come over, bought me lunch, doesn’t like the marijuana movement, claims he’s traditional.
    Are traffickers slow and patient? Or they like to get things done? If I just never go where they go a good rule? I’m a naturally untrusting person towards strangers. Will that save me?

    • @FaithInEveryDay
      @FaithInEveryDay  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      They can be slow and patient to gain trust while chatting online but things change after the trust has been built. A healthy relationship is steadfast and respects boundaries without pushing them. Being vigilant and knowing what your values and boundaries are will help!

      Trust your instincts. Maybe say something to try to provoke him as a test and see how he reacts. Just bring up sex trafficking randomly in a conversation and see what his views on it and on the women involved in it are.

      Hello, I do not know you or that person you are talking to obviously, therefore I do not know if he may/or may not be not a trafficker necessarily but a narcissist that may harm you in any abusive way. In my opinion, all the descriptions you provided above are not enough for you to know if he is a good person or not. I agree with the people below to try trusting your instinct. Really deeply listen to yourself and not your voids. Do you really think he might be a good guy to try a relationship? Your position in my opinion is still 50-50. From personal experience I would describe all of the examples above as red flags. Cause by personal experience, most guys a providers until they want to gain sth back in order to fill their void. For example, i had a boyfriend really against marijuana, where at the time i did a bit. He became so angry every time I was high, and he became angry with me. Problem is that his father was a smoker and he had a bad association. But after separating him is when I realised, that he was only getting angry at his poor father figure, rather than me. Just saying, be cautious. Not everyone is bad for sure, but how much do you trust yourself getting in and/or out of a situation. Do you have a good environment around you with people that love and care about you? Cause they will know better than random people like me the situation or if you deserve a guy youve never met, just because they fill a stereotype of what a gentleman is.
      All the love. Be cautious and remember you do not owe yourself to anyone. And most of all you are a strong woman-girl. Life can be amazing, just evaluate your decisions with a clear open mind, always aware of all possibilities. Hope you find what you want.

    I’m sorry our world is dangerous that we can’t take for granted that an adult is actually being nice to a younger person. You have to operate with red flags constantly. It was not like this when I was a young person at all. Hey ari. Is this someone you've met online? If so, be very cautious of your gut feelings and pay attention to possible red flags. Often times abusers and traffickers use these type of love bombing techniques in order to gain trust and make you easier to control. Often they seem completely normal, it's how they blend so well. Now, this guy might not be like that, test it! How does he respond when you say no or set boundaries? Does he constantly ask where you are or who you're with? Does he demand things you're uncomfortable with? Just a few things to think of. Be safe!!❤
