Hy, i have a job experience as transport supervisor (nocB) job, i have applied for OINP but still not got anything. So now moved to thunder bay with a job at McDonalds with a RNIP support employer. So my question is: can i apply for PR without 1 year experience in thunder bay or i have to complete full 1 year experience and thn apply for PR?
Another question, i common law have job in brampton and he is not accompanying me in thunder bay, so still can i apply for PR him as a dependent in my PR application?

So for RNIP, it became permanent for all the communities, right? Because i did see one of the community sight and it was saying it was only available till july,2024. Not sure if it was updated

It depends on community requirements. You should check employment section to view vacant jobs.
Hi, i have question and i trying to find a job in thunder way. If i get a job in restaurant, will i be eligible for rnip. Because i tried to find employees who are registered but i haven’t found anything on website. It doesn’t show registered employees there.If emplyer is ready to hire in thunder way. Yes! You will be eligible. Ask him that will he support you for rnip or not

For rnip in north bay, will they clnsider the experience from brampton. Or we need the experience from inside the community

So if I have completed 1560 hours anywhere in BC except these communities and also studied anywhere in BC except these communities, and then I moved to one of these communities, and as soon as I get an eligible employer, can I apply for PR, or do I again have to complete 1560 hours in that community?

I have a doubt regarding work experience. I have 5 years of experience from India and I came to Canada in May 2023. Since then I have been working in Walmart as a part-time associate but in different cities of Ontario. So if I want to be eligible for RNIP this work experience count or is it mandatory to get the experience from those communities only?
All of your experience will count towards rnip.

Sirf registered employers ke saath hi kaam karna hoga Pr mein support lene ke liye.
I heard that in vernon , you are not eligible for pr if you are working in gas station or in food court.
It’s not like that. Job list always update frequently. So you must check with updated list.

I received a NOl on 21 March, 2024 but my IELTS expired on 25 March ,2024 due to which my express entry profile became ineligible.

I did a two year course in Toronto and have come after my 12th, if i move right now with the job offer and then complete my work experience in 2025, will i be still eligible? Yes you will be eligible after fulfilling all the requirements. It’s totally your decision if you want to wait but you can move if you want to!
2 years study is eligible of any city of Ontario or only we have to study in RNIP for two years
You can study anywhere but then you need to fulfil work requirements.

Canadian experience means you have experience of working in Canada. Since you have experience in Nepal you can add international experience when you are creating your file for PR and you will get the points that are for international experience.
