Every organisation has their own role to work on and it’s not the role of the Church to intervene in such activities. It’s the responsibility of the GoN to focus on, if prostitution is illegal in Nagaland that is.
In 2022,a three judge bench of the supreme court issued a historic order that recognized sex work as a profession and said that sex workers are entitled to dignity and equal protection under the law. the apex court elaborated that 'voluntary 'sex work was not illegal.
Chasing after her without even having legit proof that she is a prostitute and laughing away like you are truly enjoying the scene is sickening , plus I don't understand what the problem really is by them being a prostitute ???? So what they are there for the whole day ? For all I know , they are just standing there so what really is the public nuisance there ??Nagaland has other serious problem than a dozen of girls selling their flesh on their on accord . NLTV and it's non local reporter guy is actually becoming quite annoying , the other day he was questioning, shaming and even checking an alleged drug addict like that's even his job ? Since when did he become so powerful to start interrogating people and not interview and simple report . Glad he got a beating last winter , hopefully this ain't the last .
News agencies should directly interview with the ministers. Why always say government this and that, ive never seen an interview talk about a serious matter n criticized about their work, why not take aggressive steps like assam dealt with bribery.

Not even women from other states.... We have seen many girls from our state... they are from high school/secondary and college students. So called contact prostitute. The young girls of dimapur and kohima have gone crazy in getting money. Where are their parents or do they have parents? Girls at last this money won't cure your decease nor you will carry your money at your grave..
Now i can finally say that the media is ruling in our state. I just hope they will always remain the same exploring about the grievances of our people and crimes happening in our City. But just a humble request please don't let it be easy on authorities who are in charge because they know already but still they ignore what is going around without taking any action. 🙏
Instead of chasing those girls these reporters should have chased our corrupt leaders and ask them question wat they are doing with the funds. Useless journalism.. Laat maarigena pehlai dibole mon.

Prostitutes will come and go but nagas will remain here forever. We can only set things right when the law of the land is conducive. I swear unsafe sex can lead to STD (aids/gonorrhoea/herpes/ syphillis and so on) and UTI. So, please we also have to encourage screening for such diseases in places like this and so that they be treated and decrease the mortality and reduce the infection.
The thing is out of desperation people can and are forced to do many unethical activities, as much as i don't like what is happening in dimapur, we really don't know the stories behind those ladies, what drove them to do such activities, i am perfectly sure thay would also love to have a good and stable life like you and i, sad and at the same time conflicted.

Prostitution is considered as a legal profession in India according to the latest judgment passed in 2022 by a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court. The three-judge bench of Justices was L Nageswara Rao, BR Gavai, and AS Bopanna. The SC said that sex workers are entitled to dignity and equal protection under the law. Prostitution is not explicitly illegal in India, however, according to the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (ITPA) certain actions that facilitate prostitution are explicitly illegal. These actions include managing a brothel, living off the money earned through prostitution, soliciting or luring a person into prostitution, trafficking children and women for prostitution, etc

Imagine who wants to do prostitution
We dont accept in our society but interview in a civilized manner
I was searching for my friend, luckily he was not in the video. 🤣
strict action must be taken against those involved in this broad daylight prostitution racket. also what about the countless naga girls including college students (esp from kohima and dimapur) who are also into this profession?
note: they are especially active at weekends.

Our government still working on Reservation so isuues like this won't get settled now.
Police need to be online very strictly.
Police gets shares so they wont touch
These people need to be kicked out ASAP they're destroying the image of Nagaland. What are the chruch leaders doing? They're only for Alcohol ban naki?
Every organisation has their own role to work on and it’s not the role of the Church to intervene in such activities. It’s the responsibility of the GoN to focus on, if prostitution is illegal in Nagaland that is.
Do you know who work in massage parlours in Delhi
In 2022,a three judge bench of the supreme court issued a historic order that recognized sex work as a profession and said that sex workers are entitled to dignity and equal protection under the law. the apex court elaborated that 'voluntary 'sex work was not illegal.
Another pimp defending his assets and bread.
@HER we all are under the constitution of india.
@HERcustomary law cannot trump the constitutional law.
We the locals itself don't want prostitution to be normalized here, we are not one of those people who eats shit if the law tells us to.
@@louisgak4910 the supreme court has ruled and we can't do nothing about it.
😂😂 this interrogation type reporters will learn their lesson very soon hahaha
💔😂👍
News agencies should directly interview with the ministers. Why always say government this and that, ive never seen an interview talk about a serious matter n criticized about their work, why not take aggressive steps like assam dealt with bribery.
You don't need to let the interviewee to disclose his name... Next time be aware...
Every prositutes In delhi are from dimapur or nagaland also very sad what happened to our country
Articles 40 only for locals and not for non locals....non locals must be removed at once.....this is not an order but request... please who ever reads this message please don't mind it's just the fact....
Yeah really true, why news channel only focussing on nonlocal... Many of our sister doing dis kind of flesh trade... within n outside of our state.
This reporter will never change 🤣
This is an exchange business program. They come to our state and we go to their state 😂
😂
Hop they r not protected by some local paltu dadas or else they can do business's freely😂😂
Now i can finally say that the media is ruling in our state. I just hope they will always remain the same exploring about the grievances of our people and crimes happening in our City. But just a humble request please don't let it be easy on authorities who are in charge because they know already but still they ignore what is going around without taking any action. 🙏
The majority of the Media which is ruling out state are privately manipulated by big shots
We don't understand what is going on in Nagaland 😑🤧
where is the journalistic ethics? NLTV must really look into ethics, its a shame.
Why blurring the picture? Exposing them isn't a crime.
Instead of chasing those girls these reporters should have chased our corrupt leaders and ask them question wat they are doing with the funds. Useless journalism.. Laat maarigena pehlai dibole mon.
❤
Almost all the news channels are manipulated directly or indirectly by the higher ups so they won’t be focusing on those areas. Idk why they even started a news channel if it’s one sided only
Even supermarket Naga girls are there pliz go there 🙏🙏
Prostitutes will come and go but nagas will remain here forever. We can only set things right when the law of the land is conducive. What we need is to enforce legal sex and legal place for such activity.
Our Streets should be safe from such illegal element and only a proper law can set us free from those activities.
Exactly bro ...one day the outsiders will look down on us ....
@@l.minhaogangte1377 wat oneday.. Outsiders look down on us from time immemorial. Nothing to worry about.
Good job NLTV
It's a professionalism in modern society..... Now only talk how to create more jobs!
I swear unsafe sex can lead to STD (aids/gonorrhoea/herpes/ syphillis and so on) and UTI. So, please we also have to encourage screening for such diseases in places like this and so that they be treated and decrease the mortality and reduce the infection.
The thing is out of desperation people can and are forced to do many unethical activities, as much as i don't like what is happening in dimapur, we really don't know the stories behind those ladies, what drove them to do such activities, i am perfectly sure thay would also love to have a good and stable life like you and i, sad and at the same time conflicted.

is it problem with the prostitution or the non local?? Why eveytime something bad happens in nagaland all the blaming goes to the non locals? Lets look at ourselves first den blame others..
Yes ...lack of police department... should check every night especially railway station.....as a Christian state...
ahey, I can see my aunt over there, sad for her she appeared in the clip, innocent she, she's a Sunday school teacher 😢
Most of the girls from Nagaland who plays an online MOBA game called "Mobile Legends: Bang Bang" they usually expose themselves to boost their accounts or to get free skins or diamonds in game the worst part of the game is that I heard some Naga girls even sells their flesh 😵

Prostitution is a profession ? OK If the Indian Penal Code and Bench approve it as a profession..But think as a Christian.. prostitution is a sin ..
@@ElonNaga360 it's a sin but even many Christian girls are having sex b4 marriage🙄
Just visit the club in supermarket all call girls are local girls😂
Yes! Thank you NLTV for bringing this plight to the notice of the viewers. Its so hard to walk in those places without being harrassed by these women by asking something or the other. None of the individual has the right to chase or underestimate the Sex worker..until and unless they harm other people. Let them live with their own.. Be humility to everyone
