Not to mention, it is only available as a full time course and to do that I would have to quit my current job...
I spent over $1000 usd for premier package, recommend is no need to buy an expensive package all you need is one book and practice exam then read the heck out of it understand it all then you will easily pass

Thank you!! I used my laptop to take the test and the proctor made me pick up my laptop to show the room. I’m pretty sure if you use a desktop you have to have a mirror with you to show the screen/wall in front of you. I would just have a mirror just in case 😊

The book came and I started reading and taking notes. But I love to use the links that your talking about to help me study more efficiently.
Did you take notes on lots of the pages individually or were you just able to read through. I find myself taking notes on every page where it begins to take lots of my time.
I just finished reading all the material that I bought this year, but I don’t see anything about domains in the study guide. The study guide in my course is only about 35 pages. It doesn’t even state the percentage each domain is represented either on the exam. Can you please tell me where I can find this? I also didn’t catch where the domain videos can be found. Thank you.

It’s totally completely different than the practice exam that came with packets NASM practice exam is ways easier than the Exam test that PSI gave you the key is to read the book and get understanding everything is in the book, English is my second language so it’s super hard for me to understand well but I have learned that after I failed my exam, it is suck
Hi! Yes, the NASM exam is completely different than the practice exams. From the platform to the wording of the questions but as long as you understand major concepts and how it all “connects” you’ll be fine! 😊
Hi, I’ve been studying for this exam through my school fall semester and plan on taking the exam soon. I purchased self study and finished all modules / book. I took the practice exam 3x and got 80s. However , I purchased the NASM Edge app , and it’s easier for some reason . The quizzes and exam I’m getting 95+. Any suggestions with the NASM edge app? How would i know if I’m ready? Is it good to study based on key point of the question answer choices ? Is the exam very specific or straight to the point ?

This has been one of the most helpful videos so far! And I totally get you on that whole fitness saturation thing and having to stand out by getting these credentials. I’ve been putting mine off since 2015. Because I was a military spouse I got the test and study material for free but got really complacent. I’m currently IN the Air Force now as active duty and taking it seriously this time because I just dropped $700+ on this course and I bought the full package 😅 once again thank you for those tip! Now I have to subscribe and find ya on ig 😂💖

Hi! So I tried making flash cards for every chapter but for me I felt that it was not productive. I stopped after the third chapter and did the study method I mentioned in the video and by doing that the terms naturally stuck with me. However, the week before my exam I did use the quizlet flash cards I mentioned as much as possible and that helped a lot!

Exam test at psi are totally completely different then practice test that came in NASM packet they use different words the NASM used it is going to confusing you as if English is you second language
When you said you would take the practice quiz over and over again; did you just take it again if you failed? Or study more then take it again? What would you recommend? I’m stuck in chapter six currently.
I know you asked Kyla, but I just took the exam yesterday so I figured maybe I'd be able to answer your question. What helped me was: to review the questions I got wrong by going back in the chapter and re-reading those parts and once I got a better understanding I took the quiz over until I passed at least 2 times.
