We had an Orange Crush bottling plant in my home town of North Catasauqua, Pennsylvania. It was in use when I was growing up in the 70s, but not long after that. In the 90s a huge snowfall damaged the building and it was eventually raised. Love the brick work and the decorative touches in that row of buildings. The post office sign is awesome. The interior you showed looks like its right out of an old movie. That old C. S. Bryant metal plate at the curb was really cool. Wow, only half way through this video and there soooo much to see. I really love the cat photos. I often shoot pics of my neighbor's cats. They are such great subjects. Must be fun shooting with a 5D series camera. Total beast cameras! I'll stop and jus say thanks for taking us along!! Have a great weekend.

Thanks for the comment! Yeah this is a long video but we wanted to document everything! There was a great gas station on the edge of town that I regret not shooting. Teena enjoyed knowing you liked her cat photo

    Hello, dearest friends.
What a documentary you have here, friend.
    A beautiful city to photograph.
Here you can spend some time taking photos and filming.
Those old buildings look great, even in the black and white photo.
This is the real deal buddy, I'll definitely spend some more time on this.
I have to watch this video a few times to see everything.
I saw things lying around that could be used beautifully for still life.
I would like to have the bench in the window (29.14) in my garden. A truly beautiful piece of furniture.
I cannot express in words how much I enjoyed watching the documentary, I really mean this from the bottom of my heart.
And everything is correct in this film, the photo work and video work are of a more than average level.
A really high level, especially if I compare it with the video work on TH-cam.
You have turned it into a very nice documentary, with sufficient historical additions.
This is an excellent piece of photography and videography together.
This documentary shows how good the collaboration is between the two of you.
Thank you again for this documentary.
Sincere warm greetings from the Netherlands,
    Antoine.
P.S. Keith, a little tip from me to you.
Capture Teena in whatever way you can.
Marry her, make a business contract, whatever you can think of.
Video work and photo work, you don't often find such gems.
You have truly become a friend to me, starting with the first video I saw of you until now this latest documentary.
Thank you very much for this.

Thanks very much Antoine. I agree with you 100% about Teena - she is a rare gem indeed and a truly kind, warm, caring, devoted person. I can't say enough nice things about her -- and it took me almost 60 years to find her. In addition to her skills as a video shooter, she has also become quite a useful partner to have on road trips, in talking to people we meet. She is so friendly and engaging, people just latch onto her to tell her all about themselves or the places where we meet.

@@Keithdotson I accept this immediately. She is a very friendly, approachable person with whom you can just have a conversation.

Interesting/informative/entertaining. From the east coast to west coast are remnants of once bustling towns. Also had the good fortune to view 1700/1800 grave yards.

Your video is an inspiration to me. My channel is fairly young, but I am not. I have visited Bartow before, and met the host at the Museum, a fine gentleman named Hubert Jordan. I have a visit set to interview him, and record some of his favorite stories about things in the museum. I believe he is the only reason the museum exists today, and at his age, I don't know for how much longer. Thank you for showing the town of Bartow as it is. Your work is great. Thank you.

You're below the gnat-line in that part of Georgia. I live just above it, where we have no gnats. It's also called the Fall-line. Columbus, Macon, and Augusta are right along the fall-line. It's were the coast use to be. Above it the geology, landscape, and soil composition change. It's also were most of the old mills would be located because it's where the rivers would "fall" towards the coastal plain. If you were in Columbus you saw that along the river there. In this video you're on the coastal plain with its sandy loamy soils, that's good for planting, AND gnats.

That makes a lot of sense! I noticed the differences and yes we saw the mills on the river in Columbus too. I really enjoyed the trip, gnats excluded.

@@Keithdotson Yes, the gnats can be terrible. It's funny what you can get use to, I have friends and family that live below the line, and they're just used to it. But it drives me and my wife absolutely crazy.

My girlfriend used to live in the region years ago and said the same thing, you get used to them after a while
