As a viewer, Schlatt had the most incomprehensibly crazy run on this show. Man went from being on top in the first 2 challenges, to being absolutely railroaded, only to rise back to second. I would like to say that if he ever comes back on the show, this man deserves 2 bonus points off rip. 1 for his impeccable ability to draw all 50 states, and the other for that stupid chin rest popping both of his bubbles. What a ride this was! Great work Lud!
Honestly, this is incredible. I love Taskmaster and I’m so proud that Stanz is getting to be Ludwig’s little Alex Horne. I always thought that if Taskmaster was to ever be successful in the US, you couldn’t do it with celebrities and American comedians because the culture is just different over here and everyone wants to look cool. American comedians aren’t as willing to “take the piss” to steal a British word. But I always felt like streamers or online personalities would be perfect for it because they’re always willing to commit to a bit, look a little foolish, do a challenge for views, etc. I just hope the sound gets fixed going forward. Need a boom mic or something instead of individual mics.
Also, just wanted to say, the pre-recorded segments are the best part of this show. So well done. Also, I think the type of lateral thinking by Daniel to have Stanz say the line first should be the type of thing Ludwig allows in the future.
Exactly! That's why Dropout and shows with streamers like this one is so much more like the British shows than the version they made on comedy central. Since they are all youtube/internet creators, the vibes are so much better than the corporate comedians that you see on cable networks. I mean individual stand up is still funny here, but it is highly varied with many being tailored to certain niches. But even the ones on Netflix feel a bit different to me because they still feel like that capitalist bullshit. There is no "American comedy" as a culture like it is over there. Most of the corporations/cable networks that rule America's media play to an ever aging population that doesn't really fit the vibe of the existential dread that us youth are facing. That dread made a lot of us millennial/ gen z gravitate towards dark humor and sarcasm/meta irony that I feel a lot of British people use.
@@SoulfullyUnaware I heard once (from my dad quoting some article or something) that the reason British comedy is (in my opinion) much more entertaining than American Comedy is that Brits are willing to play the idiot. As a big fan of taskmaster, I love that this is a yoink and twist of it. Can't wait for more episodes!
yoink and twist spotted
I never thought id see schlatt and jerma in the same room
real, they also played together on the sleep deprived channel
Oh shit, RoachDoggJr
@@bencatzilla you're so right
@@Locke_95 what's up bro
Shlett peeking into the table going "Who's in the table" then giving the kid a high five was honestly super adorable
This was so amazing. Production and content was through the roof. Honestly haven't laughed so hard at a video in a minute. Great job.
Schlatt got snubbed on points but Daniel was the clear winner anyways
stanz was so great, added so much to the episode! this was awesome ❤
This was hilarious, can't wait to see the other episodes! I didn't realize this was a live show, maybe could've made that more clear in the marketing? Anyway really enjoyed the antics especially Schlatt, also Jerma's surprise appearance lol
well it was published AFTER the thing.. idk how it coulda helped
We need Michael reeves in a episode, The competition between Daniel and Michael would be so good and chaotic. 😅
I mean... Taskmaster is partially live show so it makes sense for Unpaid Interns to be partially live show aswell.
This is way better than I thought it would be. Major taskmaster vibes
I had no idea this was going to be similar to taskmaster and I loved it. Had it saved on my watch later list for over a week without truly knowing what to expect and its easy to say it very much surpassed my expectations, kudos.
Schlatt with the kids was actually so adorable 😂 Idk what I was expecting him to act like but he did so good.
Can’t wait for more episodes
haha i love jerma just doing his thing in the back 42:24
Dude, I just wanted to say that this is beautiful and the exact type of content I wanna see on this site. Great job.
Lily sounded like she was casting a hex, and kyedae sounded like an alien communicating with its kind in front of you
The scuffed mic is SUPER unfortunate and ludwig must be pissed.
This is so good! its like Task Master UK, I hope you keep this series going with other streamers/content creators :)
"I'm actually immune to fall damage" -lilypichu lmfaoooo!!! 🤣🤣
I love that jerma is just there doing something like not even a part of it just beating a printer 41:55
the CRT tv behind ludwig should show the youtube chat, I honestly thought this was pre-recorded if they didn't mention about chat
omg it’s dedstar
