Regarding the dates mentioned in this video:
December 8, 1991 - in Belarus, the Agreement establishing the Commonwealth of the Independent States was signed by B. Yeltsin (Russia), S. Shushkevich (Belarus), L. Kravchuk (Ukraine). The Agreement anounced the end of the USSR, that had been founded in 1922 by these 3 republics.
December 25, 1991 - the Soviet flag was lowered from the Kremlin and replaced by the flag of Russia.
December 26, 1991 - official dissolution of the USSR.
Yeltsin died in 2007, Shushkevich died on May 3, 2022 (10 days ago), Kravchuk died on May 10, 2022 (3 days ago). It looks like Gorbachev (now 91) is the last surviving political leader of the time of the USSR' s death.
Now Russia has started a war against Ukraine, and Belarus is considered to be a co-aggressor.

I served in the USAF as a Russian Linguist. I was stationed in Berlin when the wall came down. I watched Berlin FLOOD with people who were afraid it would come back up. I got out in 1991--honorable discharge. And then I watched the errors of Russia spread to places like Canada and Venezuela...and now to my own country. And if you think it's big bad Putin vs. poor innocent Ukraine, you have been sold a bill of goods that is preparing the United States for invasion--from removing our oil and food supplies to crippling our military and economy. The globalist filth has established themselves under Zelensky in Ukraine and the globalists in the rest of the world are doing everything they can to stop Russia. But if you know your history, they are not going to stop Putin in Crimea, but they'll use this crisis to worsen our inflation and destroy our ability to purchase Russian oil. There's a battle between good and evil going on right now. Choose your side very carefully.

Properly speaking the consecration to Mary as done according to St Louis De Montfort is something that an individual for themselves. Doing it for him, should he be unwilling, would have less value, but not necessarily none. So, yes, it is good advice to talk to you pastor or spiritual director. - friar Roderic

The Mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix (MIM) is a public association of the faithful under the spiritual direction of the Franciscans of the Immaculate (FI), a Roman Catholic religious institute of pontifical rite. Members of the MIM participate in the charism or specific Franciscan-Marian spirituality and discipline of the FI. This consists in promoting “the universal mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix.”
MIM members are consecrated to the Immaculate, and do the work of the Immaculate, as lay apostles in the home, in their parishes, their work places, and in society.
