I tried to make an appointment with TINA,(Mayor Leon Rockingham’s Secretary)847-596-8774,and she was very unprofessional,and at times,barely audible. U can CLEARLY see that she had a problem with being on camera.

Great work T.T. as usual. Following up unlike a lot of other auditors. I really appreciate that you do that and you work everything until the end. So that Sargeant or whoever he was closer to the beginning of the video. He was walking fast and told you he was late for a meeting or something like that. And he didn't say it nicely. Just kind of walked right by you not interested in what you had to say. Horrible behavior. And most people probably didn't pay much attention to that. Didn't seem like a huge deal. But think about this. If he was open and honest and a good officer what would he have said? What would any normal person have said? Something like this......."hey sir, I'm really sorry but I am late for a meeting. I can talk to you right after I get out of this meeting if you will still be around or if you just want to come back later this afternoon I'll be glad to talk to you then.". But instead he basically snubbed James and didn't treat him like a human with respect. Horrible.

How in the hell does the chiefs admin not manage his calendar. I've never heard of such a thing. Hell even in the 80s admins kept bosses calendar on appointment books.

I have made thousands of appointments in my life so far, I have never made one where I had to give my preferred time and day in hopes it coincides with the time/day of the person I wish to have the appointment with. It's always been something like "He has an opening on the 28th at 1pm or on the 29th at 8am."
