Prince Süleyman quickly reaches the capital. He attends the culus ceremony without waiting. His life changed in one day. He started his life as Sultan Süleyman.
Meanwhile, a galley loaded with slaves coming over the Black Sea is heading towards Istanbul. The hottest of the slaves is not yet aware that he is on a journey that will change his destiny. He is rebelling helplessly to return.
Sultan Süleyman wants to show what kind of sultan he is by the commands he gave on the first day of his sultanate. But not everyone will like these decisions. Sultan Süleyman does not hesitate to challenge all of Europe with the messages he sends.
Alex, despite all his rebellion, is brought to the Topkapi palace. His attitude attracted the attention of Valide Sultan from the first moment. But it won't be long before Alex learns the rules of the palace. He chooses a great target. Alex, Sultan Suleyman's first night on the way to attract his attention. Sultan Suleiman's wife Mahidevran just arrived from the palace of Manisa. He is looking forward to seeing his wife.

The amount of times Sultan Sulëiman was mean to hürrem is so much. I knew Hürrem was manipulative but she had to be in order to not be thrashed by the rest of the harem like valide, hatice, and most famously, mahidevran.
It’s a series so they had to do all these drama scenes.
Hurrem did more harm than any of them. She is the one who started meddling in their matters and being manipulative causing them to be against her. Hatice used to really like Hurrem in the beginning. Always being jealous whenever Suleiman showed any attention to or spent even a fraction of time with Mahideveran. I really dislike people like you who try to defend Hurrem's manipulative and bad behavior.

Hurrem since the start very well knew when to say no to him, with bravery. Thats what makes her different from other women. Other women in his harem would act like puppets infront of him... Hurrem made him dance on her tunes when needed, that is the reason she outstood all those women and made a mark in his heart.

She is a free woman. Therefore, for Suleyman to sleep with her is forbidden as the action will commit to zina. All these while she and the rest of women in harem were a slaver to Suleyman including Mahidevran. But she received a cold treatment from her legal mother in law.

Drinking poison was not half brave as this decision was. Actually her life and life of her childrens beside Prince Mustafa was depending of her endless games to survive. Otherwise they will all die. This why she had to be more brave and more smart then everyone. All of them were killers ( Suleyman,Valide,Mahidevran,Ibrahim ..) but mostly to keep power. Hurem was killer too, but only to protect her's and her childrens life.
Hurrem fans actually think this happened lol. He is a Sultan not Romeo.
For what it's worth, it's true that the real Suleiman did not behave like a typical Sultan when it came to Hurrem. Otherwise, he never would've broken centuries of tradition for her. In fact, in real life, he must've been the one who wanted marriage. Not only did he want to marry her, but he broke tradition by continuing to sleep with her after she bore him a son at a time when a concubine's sexual relationship with the Sultan was supposed to stop once she had a prince (a tradition the show seemingly omitted).
Also, I'm pretty sure most viewers know what they're watching is fiction. They admire Romeo Sultan for the character he is.
