For label unwrap , you can go to front orthographic view, press U and click project from view bounds, it will fixed automatically. I know you knew it but i have to tell for anyone who don't.

Bro you're selecting capsule and making a copy and then placing it above existing capsule to line it up,
I've a suggestion for you, there's is a option to repeat steps in blender; select capsule make a copy and just simply press shift + R to repeat those steps, that's the only thing I know in blender, LOL, you're the coolest TH-camr I've ever seen or I'm learning from, keep it up man 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

1:21 Theirs another variation of this that can also work for more advanced or just down right awkward geo which is Ctrl F + Extrude Faces Along Normals, sometimes extrude faces along normals does have a bit of a tism fit if the topology isn't great but its another great tool for similar operations
