This is downtown in my city, I remember a lot of the places that are gone from the square that were open in the 1980’s when I was just a kid. I miss all the eateries and shops that are gone that I grew up with. Looks like more have moved out and closed in this video it seems as saw a couple with papered up windows. In the centre in the 80’s was a children’s toy shop, on the outside was a bakery in one of the shops, a couple of pizza restaurants, one was called *Valentino’s* which was in a building that looked like a towered fire hall, which is now as can see in this video the *LCBO*. In the 1980’s the building in this video that’s called *Rayhoon*, that was originally the children’s toy shop. The *Blythe Academy* was various men’s and woman’s clothing boutiques.

You can tell by the shadows (and therefore the position of the sun) that this beautiful footage was recorded in the morning. Because usually the place is packed by Noon-ish through to 9 PM or so. Nicely done.
