I Am The River by Tom Houston

A reflective film by Bill Bruce at Different Video. To the soundtrack of Tom Houston's single I Am the River Bill includes vintage 8mm film shot by Tom in the 70s with his Grandfather Tom Adam fishing on the river earn in Perthshire. This sits alongside footage from 2019 at the same location. The song features Mary Erskine (aka Me for Queen) on Cello and Vocals and Lucas Drinkwater on Acoustic Bass. It was produced by Clive Gray as part of the George Street Sessions Vol 2.

This brings back fond memories. My Grandmother lived next door to Tommy and he would let us use his golf clubs to putt on his front lawn. He was a lovely old gentleman. We lived close to where Tommy is seen fishing on the Earn and played in these woods as kids.
