Shady accounting practices. They keep dodging audits to prove that every USDT is backed 1 for 1 by a US dollar in reserves. Proponents will say banks haven't had to prove reserves since March 2020, but I'll go with the competitor that at least tries (or the appearance of) to be more compliant (USDC). Stay away from USDT.

Hi Eddie, how would this income qualify (interest, gains, etc)? Curious how to treat it from a tax standpoint. Also, if I’m exporting a csv file from Pionex onto say Koinly, will this be showing hundreds or thousands of transactions?? I wonder if using a trading bot can put you on the hook to be treated as a professional trader (rather than as regular holder / investor). Some countries apply different tax rules…

Trading bots are mostly scams... but there are exceptions. You just need a lot a patience to backtest and run many bots, discard the ones that are scams and keep playing with the ones that are good. EDIT: since so many of you ask, yes I use Galileo FX .
Can you use this App in NY? So many things are restricted in NY.
