Question, how can I calm my nerves for a tournament? This my first time so I’m kinda panicking since I’m a grass player not indoors. Also anyone got tips for recovering traction? Without the spray thing

I would just set up a wet towel somewhere, works great! As far as nerves it’s a tough one, the more you play, the less you’ll have, but try to keep things light even if you want to win!

When we play men’s it’s 2.43m, when it’s coed it’s usually one notch lower which is around what you said, but at other places sometimes coed is men’s too.
