Hey man, what do you think of the controls? I played Hog Ride and thought they were a bit stiff but I got used to them. The jet ski levels control very awkwardly, though.
Orient Express was always my favorite level growing up. It was the level I always played on the trial game PlayStation Disc I always played as a kid. I always felt so accomplished when I broke all the boxes and got the gem.
You still forget 7 level again which it had some riding Boat and Planes on CB3 Warped 1. Makin' Waves 2. Bye-Bye Blimps 3. Tell No Tales 4. Mad Bombers 5. Ski Crazed 6. Rings of Power 7. Hot Coco That's all.
Well, judging from this comment section, this game ain't no BOAR! Heck, just from watching this, I can tell that this game is un-BEARably difficult to get a PURA PURA-fect (good luck saying that one) run! I imagine many people who try will end up ending their runs with a CRASH! Those who try this while they're still new at gaming might find themselves needing to relax with a cup of hot COCO! And-- Darn it, I don't have any Aku Aku puns! At least, non that would fit this narrative!
The problem with pura is that whenever you turn left or right it doesn't keep the forward momentum. it kind of stops to do it and it drastically faces a side instead of a slight diagonal like the original. I can't quite say whats wrong with polar tho. it just feels so odd and choppy and glitchy. Im not sure. but i believe its the same thing, whenever you try to maneuver it, it loses the forward momentum. The hog feels just like original which is great. The motorcycle levels as well. the Jetski has a bigger arch when you turn and it glides a little bit more, it also needs a lot more precision when you go up the ramp instead of going centered to the box like the original. I like it. The surfboard in crash 2 feels perfect. and i believe the airplane levels as well.
come on Activision You did a great job on this game you can do a new crash game new bosses new story BUT!! Please dont make it like (of titans or mind over mutant)

Twinsanity was just as shitty as the other "non-naughty dog" games. I don't get where all the love for that shit comes from. Just check the metascore on every one of them, they are all below 70/100. Sorry but I just fail to see how any Crash game after CTR or Bash can be considered a "good game". I admit that I enjoyed the wrath of cortex when I was little, but replaying it now, it just feels slow and clunky. Twinsanity on the other hand is just like the other new ones, changing the artstyle and character designs way too much.
That Area 51? run has to be the ultimate flex, if it were a platinum relic. I mean...both gems and a gold relic in one (the first?) run just to have "Pro" as initials is flex enough
Am I the only one sad that there wasn't a third Pura level in Crash 3? There were 3 Polar levels and 4 motorbike levels and like 5 Egyptian levels. I wish someone would make a third custom Pura level someday.

I'm a little annoyed they changed all or many of the sounds. I loved the polar bear sounds in the original game as well as the generic seal sounds. Also, doesn't the partial level in Crash 2 count as a riding level? You still ride the polar bear for part of it and it's chase level.
