Do NOT play music if there are any cats around cougar panther they will be attracted to the sounds especially if you sing cause they look for distressed animals to kill and eat and your singing might sound like this to them just don’t do it
Since this is car camping, other outdoor enthusiasts could be near. The music could be rude to them.
I have the same rule of shoes are not to be worn within the tent. Yet I prefer to have them kept where they are safe from rain.

And oddly enough if you camp next to someone playing g cornhole for 8 hours a day that can be r e a l l y annoying ! Losing my mind!!!!

If you keep your footwear inside your tent, you are less likely to find a scorpion nesting in there, come morning. Theft is also less likely. Lock 'em in the car, if necessary. Use flipflops back and forth, and for the "Bush Wee".
